Lane looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Laven!
Laven wants to get back to his feet but Lane is dominant here and he's now got Laven's back!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is taking a good look at Laven as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Lane!

Mayer moves in looking to clinch but Master pushes him off.
Damen Mayer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Master avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mayer misses with a wild combination.

Master fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Mayer to the ground. Master is now in Mayer's guard.#SUB#
Mayer has an active guard here but Master has managed to pass into half guard.
Mayer might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Mayer manages to get to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Master content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Mayer has locked up a guillotine! Mayer's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Master is holding on here and Mayer must be using up a lot of energy. Master has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Mayer gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Tavares decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Tavares stalling.
Tavares tries to stand but can't do so whilst Blake controls his leg.

Tavares is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Blake has managed to free his arm - good work.

Tavares takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tavares cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Tavares wants to stand but Blake is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
Blake holds on to Tavares as tight as he can, avoiding damage.

Blake really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Blake wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Tavares.
Tavares unloads with some shots from mount but Blake bucks and avoids them well.
Tavares throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Tavares cracks Blake with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Tavares cracks Blake with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Touro throws a low kick, looking for Starr's leg but Starr calmly moves out of range.
A jab from Touro does it's job there.#CL2#
Touro closes the distance and clinches. #TD#
Starr has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Touro regains guard immediately.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Starr trying to control but Touro is working from the bottom.
Starr is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.#ES2#
Touro pushes Starr off and gets back to his feet.

Touro shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Starr's guard.
Starr wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Touro manages to pass to side control. #T1##REVR#

Touro has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Starr is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Touro.
