Keyes misses with the combination.
Keyes throws a combination that misses #TD2#
and Sato counters with a nice double leg into side control. Keyes won't be happy with that.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Sato working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. #SUB2#
Sato is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Keyes looks calm but he's in trouble here. Sato gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Keyes is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Sato lets go of the hold and Keyes can pop his arm back in it's socket.

After the fight, John Jones was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
