John feints a jab and as Ortiz dips his head, John unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Ortiz right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Ortiz falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! John smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Yamasaki has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
