Heimendahl pulls Chan in close to his closed guard and prevents Chan from doing any damage or advancing position.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Let's hope that Heimendahl has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Heimendahl fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Chan has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
