Velasquez looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Boyka with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Gracie doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Gracie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
McDermott seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
McDermott works Gracie's body with a nice hook.

McDermott connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Gracie momentarily.
Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown. McDermott tries to sprawl out of it but Gracie keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McDermott manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
