King has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from King there as he acknowledges the shot.

and Gomez counters with a nice right hand that sends Dixon toppling to the canvas! Dixon scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Gomez finish him?!

Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Gomez engages and cracks Dixon with a massive lead left hook - Dixon tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Gomez is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

Yang is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Beckley.
Yang lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Beckley circles away quickly and effectively.
Beckley throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Beckley throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Yang is looking to clinch but Beckley is avoiding it.
Beckley lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Beckley pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
As Beckley looks to move away, Yang throws a big counter combo bu Beckley just gets out of the way.
Beckley goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Pat Yang has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Beckley instigates a clinch.
Beckley lands a shoulder strike.

Beckley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Oh Yang is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Beckley is looking to slow Yang down with leg kicks.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Beckley lands a shoulder strike.
Beckley jerks Yang's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Yang drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Beckley goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Beckley because Yang was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

It looks like Filiberto Cooper has been cut.
Ali fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

A jab from Ali finds it's way through Cooper's defenses.

Ali has taken the fight to the clinch.
Ali tries to break the clinch but Cooper is controlling the position.

Ali's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Ali prevents a body shot from Cooper.
Ali is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Ali lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Ali is trying to break the clinch but Cooper has him pressed against the cage.
Ali wants to break free but Cooper has control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Ali is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Ali is trying to drag Cooper to the mat but Cooper just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Cooper gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Ali.
Filiberto Cooper has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Ali.

Cooper keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Ali's efforts to push away.
Ali wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Cooper has Ali pressed against the cage, preventing Ali from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Ali has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Ali is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Ali has had enough of the clinch but Cooper keeps him there for the moment.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Cooper escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cooper avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Cooper feinted with a counter takedown.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mike Ali dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Filiberto Cooper's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Ali looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ali lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Cooper backs up against the cage.
Ali lands a head shot.
Ali connects with a right that clearly hurt Cooper. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Ali proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Cooper collapses and taps out under the pressure!
