Talanoa comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Tonga kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look pumped up here. Talanoa takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Cormilos scores with a hook to the body. Talanoa takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Cormilos throws a body shot but no joy.

Talanoa closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Talanoa lands a nice forearm strike.

Talanoa is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Cormilos looks calm but he's in trouble here. Talanoa gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Cormilos is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Talanoa lets go of the hold and Cormilos can pop his arm back in it's socket.

After winning the bout, Paea Talanoa thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
