Based upon performance, i would say that Fernando is by far our best "small fighter" ever, the next nearest is Ein Stein and he had 129 ranking points compared to Prado's 170.
This is also the 3rd fighter Whymer has in our HOF, the only managers with 3 or more are Mr Gutz, Brad O'Neil and Gale Hawthorne (who has 5).
