With the tournaments concluded Feral Combat returns to its saturday night numbered events, after a gap of nearly a month, with Feral Combat 6 which takes place at the London Underground Saturday January 5th. It will be straight down to business in what looks to be a big year for feral combat, with the new year just 5 days old this will be the promotions second event of the year, after Bar Brawl 3; new year hangover, and this time the focus is on the top flight light heavyweights. Feral Combat 6 Official Fight card announcement: Fighters LHW Bout Edgar Hoover v Bojan Bajic Middlewight bout Jon Bash v Boxing Dummie LHW bout Walter White v Eildon Heap Lightweight bout Damn Hardy v Jean Louis Andre Lightweight bout Eugene Hall v Alan Oro Lightweight bout Mateusz Dinozaur v Roger Dodger Lightweight bout Sam Fisher v Anton Starikov Middle weight bout Ze Dedal v Tommy Thompson LHW bout Bobby Sack v Marcin Najman Middleweight bout Craig Shilo v Jonas Gergo The card is headlined by two hard hitting 205ers each making their promotional debut: Knock out artist Edgar Hoover (10-2 MMA) joins Feral Combat with 9 knockouts to his name following the first losses of his career he looks to get back to the form that saw him put together a 10-0 start to his career including 5 title defenses in the fatality MMA org- the man who stands in his way, and also looking for his first FC win is Serbian wrestler Bojan Bajic (4-3-1 MMA). With both men looking to get back into the win column this could be a classic match up. Also in the 205lb division Sweedish grappler Walter White (4-3 MMA, 1-1 FC) looks to return to the submissions that brought him to the promotions attention after his first 2 fights in the promotion both went the distance- the judges siding with him once and against him the other. Austrailian striker Eildon Heap (6-3 MMA, 1-0 FC) may only be a white belt, but the “big train” dosnt generally let the fight go on long enough for that to matter, with all his career wins to date being by way of knockout including a KO of the night bonus for a brutal knee KO of Marcin Najman in his promotional debut at Bar Brawl 2. With the middleweight division still without a champion two men looking to throw their hats into the ring are two of Amsterdams top middleweights Jon Bash (14-13-1 MMA) and Boxing Dummie (6-8 MMA, 0-1 FC) who was stopped in the first round in his first Feral Combat fight by rising middleweight Ben Dover (3-0 MMA/FC) at Bar Brawl 1 but since got back in the win column on the Amsterdam circuit scoring a KO of his own in under a minute. Both men are experienced boxers; with a dozen KO victories between them- so it looks likely somebody is getting their lights turned out when these two go at it. The smaller men are also represented on the main card as Damn Hardy (5-7 MMA, 2-2 FC) takes on Jean Louis Andre (2-1 MMA, 1-0 FC) in a bout contested at 155lbs. Hardy who had a rocky start in the promotion with losses to Dan Smith and Dok Mookjai at Feral Combat 1 and 2 has had a resurgence in recent months- submitting Huw Alen at Feral Combat 3 before a dominant decision shut out of newcomer Dave Lister at Feral Combat 5, and now looks for the first 3 fight win streak of his career. French man Andre made his debut both for the promotion and at the weight class, after going 1-1 as a featherweight, at Bar Brawl 2 where he looked good without having to cut weight, bringing an aggressive work rate the man normally regarded as as grappler was able to overcome Helsinki's Eugene Hall with his striking. Both men have wins by both KO and submission and represent the new breed of rounded mixed martial artists- this fight could go anywhere and could go either way.
