The Dirty Needle Project will from now on be Nutrition Partner!

So please use the vending machines with your fighters!

There is a new fitness coach in town :)
Hopefully this will help getting a little more air in the training schedule

I have hired a new boxing/thai coach so there is Clinchwork, elbow, knee training if you guys want to to that.
also ekstra sessions of striking defence and punch technique as many sessions were packed :D

Enjoy and remember to tell me if you guys want anything different - this gym is not here to earn money, but to offer good training
