Once again a man who hardly needs any introduction to the MMA fans around the world. This week was a week with a lot of nominations and a lot of them were very interesting ones. It wasn't easy to pick the fighter of the week this time, but awarding Renan St Juste the fighter of the week title is justified for sure. When I heard that the Palace of Pain Fight Camp a Montreal based fight alliance opened a gym south of the boarder I knew I had to jump on a plane and see for myself. Upon landing in NY I made it to the gym early and was able to catch both the owner Prof. Carter (103190) and his new conditioning coach.
