 USFC 82 Preview

Hey what up MMA world here is Victorio and guess what? I am so happy right  now. Wondering why? Because I am writing a preview of USFC's 1 year anniversary celebration event: USFC 82! This event will be the biggest one in USFC history as there will be four title fights on the line! Holy shit, the one year anniversary would be HUGE! This event is taking place in Credit Card Center, New York on 26th November. Here is no time to waste, let's get straight to the preview!

LW bout: Ez Muney (6-3, 5-3 in USFC) vs Lamont "The Chosen Son" Sanford (8-5, 2-2 in USFC)

Chon! Starting off the event we have two LW warriors who are coming off with a one fight win streak. They will no doubt looking to eat each other's streak and extend his own. The red corner is Ez Muney who doesn't have a lot of "Muney" but his striking skills are superb. He has world class boxing and decent Muaythai which allows him to score 4 (T)KOs in his 6 wins. He is experienced fighting in USFC with only his first fight which is outside the USFC banner so he must be really familiar fighting here. His opponent is a well-rounded fighter who got a win by Majority decision in USFC after the new management. He even changed his name from Jussi Hempele to Lamont Sanford to celebrate the win...I guess. Sanford has high level skills all around but he i

Slaughterhouse FC

Slaughterhouse FC, Fight Organization, Las Vegas
Company profile by Mark O'Sullivan

Slaughterhouse FC

Based: Las Vegas

Owner: J.J. Tycooner

One organisation which might not have been heard of by quite a few people within the MMA Tycoon world is one which is based in Las Vegas, owned by MMA Tycoon manager J.J. Tycooner, it is an organisation called Slaughterhouse FC.

When Slaughterhouse FC opened it's doors back in August 2015, it didn't take long for them to establish themselves as one of the most promising new organisations in the MMA Tycoon world, I didn't know this myself but after 4 events Slaughterhouse FC broke into the top 20 rankings for all the organisations in the MMA Tycoon world.

As it currently stands, they're still ranked 20th at the time of writing this and they show no sign of dropping down the rankings any time soon despite only having a total of 11 events to date, a great achievement for such a young organisation.

So what's the secret to the success behind Slaughterhouse FC? Well, the man who can answer exactly that is J. J. Tycooner himself, however good luck finding that out as I cou

Divock Origi

Fighter profile of Divock Origi by Bjorn O'Donnel

13-0-0

I am very happy to announce that I succesfully ended my fight this weekend and became the new LHW champion. Going in to the fight, I heard people talk behind my back that the champion his granite chinwas impossible to catch and that his KO power was scary as well.

Those words only motivated me more to prove that I am not a fighter to take lightly. I pretty much dominated the fight from start to finish and became the first one to (t)KO Wampage. To his credit, he kept standing far longer than others have done in the past. He is very good and he has a great future ahead of him.

KOTB 18: Chapado (Review)

Event Preview: KOTB 18: Chapado
King of the Beach (270k+)
2015-11-21, Rio de Janeiro, The Underground - Rio
Author:

It was a hot Spring day on the beaches of Rio on Saturday, but it was an even hotter night in the confines of The Underground. Whether it was the lack of air conditioning or the amount of back-and-forth decisions, KOTB 18 had the fans sweaty and chapado deep into the night.

With only the hardcore KOTB fans in attendance, a pair of heavyweights looking for their first professional wins would get the night started, as Romanian Nicolae Filimon took on Russia’s Andrei Fedorlov in a battle of 18-year-old grappling prospects. Filimon was the first to make a move with a nice takedown into side control, but Fedorlov immediately recovered half-guard and full-guard respectively. From here, the rest of the fight would play

 EVENT REVIEW

RFC rolled into Paddy O’Malleys Bar in Amsterdam for its tenth event. Another thrilling night of fights was promised and that’s exactly what those in attendance got. The judges may well have stayed at home as not one fight went the distance, a first in RFC’s short existence. Here’s how the night unfolded.

FIGHT 1 – MARTIN ROBERTSON (2-2-0)  V MICHAEL FISHER (1-2-0) – 185LB

Both fighters made their RFC debuts back in October at RFC 3-A Fighters Scorn with differing results.  With Fisher coming in off a hard fought decision victory over Muranda Kibawa, it was Robertson, suffering a first round (T)KO loss, it was Robertson who needed to get the W to get back on track. As Fisher has a vastly superior muay thai game, it was expected that he would grind out another W using a clinch heavy approach, and that’s how it looked like it was going to go.

SLAUGHTERHOUSE FIGHT NIGHT 1 PREVIEW

UNDERCARD

Juan Manuel Miguel Angel Chavez Sanchez Doritos De La Cruz v Citrio Pavo – 155 lbs

Mexican boxer, Juan Manuel “taking hispanic naming customs to a whole new level” De La Cruz, prepares to take on US wrestler Citrio Pavo in this classic matchup. Both fighters are 18 and are in search of their first win; this will Pavo's first ever appearance in an MMA bout. De La Cruz is an exciting fighter to watch; he carries that Mexican style of boxing reminiscent of the likes of Chavez and Duran into the ring combining aggression with some delicious combination punching. However, he is currently 0-2 in his MMA career and will be keen to get that first win on his record following defeat against Lee Lewis in his last Slaughterhouse appearance. Less is known about Pavo, he has an impressive wrestling background but how that will translate into the world of mixed martial arts is another question. One point worth noting is that both of De La Cruz's previous losses have come against ground fighters, for all the entertainment that De La Cruz brings into the ring he might not find this one so entertaining unless he has made substantial improvements to his takedown defence.

Ray: Hey everybody this is Ray. And, I'm here with Jay. And, we will be going over UPF 27: Ramazanov Vs Boskins this week on Ray and Jay's Excellent MMA Adventure. But, before we get started I would like to apologize for last week. As you probably noticed, we didn't do our show last week, that's because my brilliant son here told me that it was Thanksgiving last week. And we spend our time driving to a non-existent Thanksgiving dinner.

Jay: Yeah it's really my fault that you believed me too, right? (Laughs) Hey, I wouldn't say it was non-existent, grandma whipped up a makeshift thanksgiving dinner. At least we don't have to drive back again this week, we would miss out on an amazing night of fight that the UPF will host this Saturday. The card is one that would make grandma proud. 2 title fights and an array of great fighters looking to put on a great showing. S
