![]() Conor McGregor will not have to surrender his UFC featherweight crown if he opts to move up a weight and fight for a second world title belt.
It was anticipated that McGregor would not be allowed to step up to 155lbs to try and become a two-weight world champion, but UFC chief Dana White has opened the door to that prospect.
UFC fighters tend to vacate world title belts when they move up a division, but White seems keen to explore the prospect of allowing McGregor to take on a hectic schedule in 2016.
"Conor has said that he would like to win the 155-pound belt and fight four times a year and defend both belts," stated White.
"If anybody can do it, Conor McGregor can. This guy has pretty done everything he said he would do. I'm interested.
"I would say if you're going to move up in weight, you have to give up the belt, but Conor has done everything he said he would do.

 Yngve Stolt was selected as Rio Chain Gang's Bad Boy of the Month for December. Yngve was 2-0 for the month, first defeating Bman Olot and then defeating Chevie Case to obtain the welterweight title.
Yngve faced off against "Lord" Bman Olot at RCG 1: Trouble In Rio. Yngve put on an impressive display of his stand up abilities both in and out of the clinch as he dominated Olot and took home a TKO victory after only 2:21 of the first round.
In RCG 3: Silent Night he challenged Chevie "Ragdoll" Case for the welterweight championship belt. In a scheduled 5 round bout, Yngve took the champ to school, dominating the fight in all aspects. He rocked the champ in both the third and fourth rounds, but was unable to put him away. In round 5, Case finally succumbed to the merciless onslaught Stolt was dishing out, and Stolt was crowned the RCG's welterweight champion of the world with a fifth round KO.
Raised in Stolkholm, and the child of immigrant parents, Yngve is no stranger to hardship.  Q: Dear martial arts fans today I will pay a visit to a rising star in the featherweight division in the world-renowned Global Association of MMA, or GAMMA in short. Kira "Gaijin" Miyata was born in Japan, but his mother came from America.
Therefore the Japanese always considered him a foreigner or gaijin as the Japanese call it. After years of bullying by local yankees which are Japanese delinquents he started training in Judo. After winning a few street fights he decided he was ready to fight professionally.
Kira, last time we spoke you had just faced a guy named Yuya Shimizu for the very first time. You unfortunately lost and after the match you said you simply got dominated by a better fighter and that you had learned something from that fight. Do you remember what you said you learned from your first fight?

I don't have much time as I am heading off to my last training session before the fight, but will leave a short post before leaving.
My training camp was great; short but great. I prefer fighting over training anytime, so I'm glad I am back at it so soon.
I'll need a perfect plan and some luck to win the the fight, but that is the way it goes when you fight legends. I could put myself in an ID restricted org and keep fighting good guys, but instead I want to fight the best out there.

Here on Tycoon Island There was one Org that was here on day one ready to go as for the late comers to the island they where still in bed sleeping Dreaming of all the cash they where going to make this season.
Well folks i am here to say that the ISLAND FC will always be working hard to make this season a great one unlike the other guys we wont sleep on the job.
