 SOTF 5:The Shield

                                  Giorgio vs Robert Trutka

SOTF5 starts off with a 170lb bout. Both fighters are well rounded. It could go either way. These fighters can KO each other so both get that boxing advantage. I feel that Robert has the advantage in Muay Thai and will use it in the clinch. Giorgio has all the advantage in the ground and will either look for a sub or classic GNP.

                           Hannibal King vs John Freeman

King made a impressive SOTF debut by Knocking out his opponent in 22 seconds in SOTF 3.He will be looking for a KO in this fight with the Boxing advantage . As for John Freeman will be in a rush to get a takedown and cause mayhem to make up for his loss at SOTF3.

                          Mario Balotelli vs  Bill Lighting

The Third match of the Prelims .Mario made a impressive victory in his SOTF debut by decision. He is coming in this one motivated. As for Bill it is different because he came from his first mma fight with his head down but with the stats here Bill could win either with a KO or TKO but the rest is to Mario.

 Samuel Oliveira vs Esteban Silva

In the opening bout of the night we have two of the younger guys in the division lookin to go toe to toe in the divinity cage. In the first fight of the we have a very closely contested battle that seems almost too hard to tell who has the edge. However I think Olivera has a very good chance if he can properly use his Muay thai to his advantage. Since this is such a close bout another factor will be what manager has the ability to win the slider battle one slip up could mean the diffrence between victory and defeat but who can aome out on top either way its a very important win for either of these fighters young careers. Winner Oliveira via Submmission

Anderson Smilvia vs Rufus Ding

In the second bout of the night we have two 1-0 fighters looking to give eachother there first defeat but when it comes down to it who will it be. Well one big advantage in this fight is that there is such a age diffrence wich could play part in the physicals but im not sure how much that will matter. However the only thing that rufus has going for him is his wrestling which i mean its great this is MMA you cant just be good at one thing. Now smilva on the other hand has a good chance to finish this fight i believe he is a very talented Muay thai artist and with his skill should not be messed with on the feet. Now the interesting thing is he won his last fight Via submission so what do you do if you Ding i think he will have a tough fight only being a white belt. Winner Via sub smilva

Didion Makes Manager Proud

Fighter profile of Zach Didion by Chad Didion

ST.PETERSBURG - It's was almost 2 months to the day since young talent Zach "Attach" Didion fought.  We've followed this talent for over a year now, we've been through his ups and downs.  I've seen this young man have trials, I've seen him over come obsticales.  I was there when he thought his dreams of being a professional MMA fighter might not happen and I was there when he heard the words "we want to sign you kid."  I can tell you, nothing seemed to set a blaze the fire inside of him like his 1st win in his professional organization Pegasus Cagefighting League.

"2 months man...seemed like 2 years." says Didion.  2 months ago Zach was matched up in his 1st PCL fight against 20 year old Fernando "Pele" Ramos.  Ramos was raw and seemed like he was a long way behind Didion as far as talent.  Mistakes and nervous from Didion resulted in a 2nd round TKO win by Ramos.  Frustrated and dejected Didion searched for answers.  The loss even had PCL owner Julian Cisneros wondering if the investment in Zach was the correct choice.  Zach and his manager Chad Didion sat down, what was their next step?  There was a meeting with Cisneros and the two parties agreed that training, hard training for a number of days was the answer.  So Zach, after thinking he'd trained as hard as he could, was back in the gym now.  No more running trails, no more jumping rope and working on cardio, it was in a professional gym, it was world class trainers and state of the art work out equipment.

The training was intense.  The work outs grueling.  The teaching immeasurable.  4 times a day, 6 days a week Zach was in the gym.  Sparring became more and more intense.  New and better partners were brought before him.  It started out slow, unimpressive, he dropped weights, broke a stationary bike and was repeatedly being knocked down by practice partners.  Something changed.  I can't tell you an exact date or time.  It just clicked.  The cross training got better, got good, real good.  He started lifting more weight, his punches got quicker.  He knocked out 1, then 2 sparing partners.  New fighters were brought in...better, brought there to challenge him.  They picked at Zach's weaknesses, they found holes, but quickly those holes sealed up.  There was just a feeling, this kid's ready.

So here it is, August 4th.  Zach sits in a chair with a towel over his head, just minutes before he enters the octagon for his 2nd fight with the PCL.  "Can't lose.  Won't lose." he

GAMMA: August HOF Tonal / Burton inducted

Global Association of MMA, Fight Organization, London
Company profile by Mentor Guru Corleone

Jack Burton (17865) has become the first fighter in GAMMA's history to enter the Hall of Fame while still an active fighter.

Jack joined GAMMA, WAY back in GAMMA #19 on the 2009-07-30. His first ever fight was against Cameron Hagans which he lost to decision.

Over his long and illustrious career he has had a rediculous amount of Fight of the night awards (total of 18). His best ever streak was from 2011-05-14 till 2011-10-22 when he went on a 6 fight win streak. Unfortunately for him, that streak ended with a loss to Alan Bundy for the title.

Jack had fought for the title a total of 5 times (most in GAMMA's history). In all cases he came out the loser, which makes Jack the best ever fighter in GAMMA's

Fighter profile of Matt Sabre by Big Boss

From Boss to Bum...
The story of Matt Sabre

Matt Sabre's career started off with 5 straight wins before taking an unsuspected break at the end of 2009. Even with taking a victory in the now defunct Syn orgnization Sabre fell off the MMA radar and was back in his hometown working for a local paper company.

It wasn't until mid 2010 that Sabre caught the eye of Big Boss while keeping fit in a local gym. Big Boss instantly recognized Sabre's all-around talent and signed him that very day. Sabre had gone from paper factory warehouse worker to a signed MMA fighter. In a flash, Sabre had uprooted his home in Scranton, PA and relocated to Tokyo where he would train with some of the finest MMA fighters under Big Boss' management.

NEFC's Openweight Tournament was Sabre's first big task under Big Boss' management. He was unsuccessful on capturing the tournament title falling to Dick

First Steps On A Long Road

About Me:

Las Vegas
08-14-2012

As of late the sport of MMA is growing rapidly. Huge TV deals have been made and we get a chance to practically see MMA competion every week. Ofcourse, the premier organisations (those under the Zuffa banner, Bellator) have the bigger names both fighterwise and managerwise. In most cases, fighters have to take first, small steps before entering such premier organisations. These small steps are taken in the smaller organisations; to build up experience, to gather money from fighters, look for a sponsor and so on. It's a long road with many bumps, but some do make it to the top. Two fighters from manager Pandu Prime are making their first steps on this long road and this article will focus on their start and experiences fighting for a living. It's to shine some light on the less familiar MMA competitiors and organisations, an aspect of MMA that sometimes get overlooked. In the end, as I stated before, most fighters have to fight their way up trough the smaller organisations. One of this organisations is the QFC, where a lot of fighters and managers start their career. The following fights that are described take place in the QFC.

"Spartan" Gabriel Zhakatyz was the first fighter under contract with manager Pandu. Zhakatyz holds a blue belt in BJJ and is a mediocre striker. What he lacks in experience and skill he makes up for with a good sense for gameplanning and tactics, a big heart and he also picks things up fast in training. For the time being, Zhakatyz still trains at Cozad MMA, but he and his manager plan a move after his next upcoming fight. He is 1.92 cm long and a lean 205 pounds.

Zhakatyz was the first for manager Pandu to obtain a fight and step into the cage. He faced a fighter from manager Arndreas Hinkreich; Jeff Hardy. Jeff Hardy is 1.88 cm and has to cut down from about 215 pounds. Hardy, being a BJJ white belt, lost

QFC-Tokyo "Noobs Welcome"

QFC-Tokyo, Fight Organization, Tokyo
Company profile by Kojiro Sasaki

When QFCT first popped onto the scene four and a half months ago it was a new concept that had never been tried before in MMA Tycoon. Today, we are a solid top 20 org with a solid roster of fighters created by new and old managers alike. The overall goal is quick frequent fights on an even playing field where you can join anytime you like and instantly be competetive with everyone else from top to bottom. Since Mike added the QFC org option to accomodate our style there may be others that pop up, but make no mistake we are the original and crush the competition.

--------

The rules are simple.

1. Newly created 25 year old fighters are the only ones allowed to join.
2. All fights are at openweight, so make your fighter any size you like.
3. All training is banned. No fighter is ever allowed to join a gym. If caught cheating they will be removed and their actions made public.
4. Due to no need for money all fighter pay will go directly to their manager to use in any way they wish. Add 00 to the end of any contract numbers to get the actual amounts the manager will earn. For example 10/25/1 actually means 1000/2500/1 which is the standard 0-0 fighter contract. No one will ever make less, and many make way more

GP 35 Bomb vs Royler 2

Event Preview: GP 35 Bomb vs Royler 2

Author:Lock Down

185lbs Title Fight - The Geezers middleweight championship is on the line as the divine dentist Roy Royler looks to re-claim Jeggu Bomb's belt in a highly anticipated rematch. Royler feels he is the true champion and is very fired up to get his belt back after losing it in swift fashion back in June. Although Bomb lost their last fight, he didn't have a terrible performance and knows he has the skills to win. To retain the title he needs to make sure he minimizes the damage he takes while ensuring a higher level of effectiveness in the clinch and a larger overall volume of offense. Landing kicks and strikes in the clinch is where Royler enjoyed the majority of his success but he is also capable of going toe to toe and throwing down. Royler has been highly vocal in the build up to this fight and is very confident he will stop the champion in his tracks and claim the throne. I think Royler will prove to once again be too durable for the champion and I predict a 4th round TKO victory for the challenger after an entertaining slugfest.

155lbs - Former lightweight champion Forrest Loveladdy takes his first step back to the title as he squares off against the hard hitting Lars Thunstrom who also has slick submission skills. Both men have extensive backgrounds in boxing and jiu jitsu and on paper match up very well. Loveladdy has some crucial wrestling and muay thai advantages and could prove to be the difference maker in this bout. Thunstrom might be the hungrier and more motivated fighter as he has never tasted Geezers gold in his career. Whoever can control where the fight occurs and out grapple their opponent will have their hand raised. The gap in wrestling skills will play a heavy role in this bout and I predict Loveladdy will win via Unanimous Decision after a crafty and lengthy ground battle.

185lbs - Savage knockout artist Marco Aurelio welcomes the well rounded Wade Wilson to the Geezers as he makes his
