Event Review: Syndicate 136
Sydney Fight Championship

The Syndicate invaded the Tokyo Dome on Saturday night and performed to a near capacity crowd of 41,520 raving Japanese fans. The fans were treated to finishes in seven of the ten fights on the card and were witness to a pair of tremendous title fights. Let's review the action.

Fabian Cameron (19-9) used his tremendous BJJ to overcome the superior striking of Vladimir Zenin (20-8) and pull off a big win with just seconds left in the first round. Cameron peppered Zenin with some nice combinations early in round one but fell victim to a takedown with just under a minute expired in the round. Cameron started to work some ground and pound on Zenin but got careless and allowed Zenin to slip out and take his back. Cameron wasted no time working his way back into Zenin's guard and started to work some more ground and pound. Once again, Zenin managed to pull off a reversal and get back into top position. Cameron was unsuccessful with a couple of triangle attempts and ate some ground and pound and elbows for his troubles. Cameron attempted another triangle, followed by a guillotine with no success. With Zenin landing punches to the head and body and time winding down in the round, Cameron locked in a tight triangle that Zenin simply could not escape. Zenin tried with all of his might to hold on with just seconds remaining in the round, but he was forced to tap out at the 4:52 mark of round one.

Much to the dismay of the crowd, the opinions of the judges were all over the place in the second fight when feather

The Crowd is Electric here at another sellout event at the Underground in Old Montreal!

We Start this night off with a couple of Bantamweights throwin down!

Jack "The Ripper" Offerson vs Kostya Pavlovic

The Ripper" enters tonight looking to get his record back to .500. He brings some decent hands, but he prefers to take the Mayhem to the Mat! He has excellent wrestling and some beautiful BJJ! Pavlovic is seeking his first win inside the Octagon here this evening! Kostya has a very solid Boxing Pedigree and will probably look to keep this fight standing. That said, he also has excellent wrestling and wears a Blue belt, so he can handle his own on the ground. The question is, Can he handle "The Ripper"? THE BELL RINGS!!! Pavlovic immediately shoots for a takedown and makes his own wish come true! Ripper looking to sweep. Pavlovic tosses a punch but Ripper uses the momentum to sweep and he's on top in guard! Ripper controlling and Pavlovic working hard from the bottom! Ripper is being methodical, well, really just kind of slow here . . . REF STANDUP!!! Ripper shoots to take the fight

European Premier League - Season Finale Preview

Event Preview: EPL Season 3: Finale
The Evil Empire
2012-10-12, Helsinki, Kamppi Arena
Author:Chris Garcia

Weeks ago they started. They spend a lot of time here. Dedication. Passion. Sacrifice. They came here to dominate. They came here to win. They came here to make their legacy. To prove. Themselves. Their skills. Their place in this world. European Premier League became a place to do this. Became a stage for best fighters. Stage for greatest battles. It’s a place where legends are born, and icons are made. Third season is about to end. This is last time. Last chance. Last opportunity to make it happen. This is Season Finale! IT’S TIME!

We had 14 fighters. 14 top fighters. Then, we had just 6 of them. Next stage – and it was just 4 of them. Now – we have only 2 fighters in this competition. 2 fighters that made their way THROUGH everything and everyone. Freak nature terminator with one objective on his mind – James “Bombman” Bomb. For him, it’s just business now. Hard hitting boxer with dynamite-packed gloves – Rollen Spliffs. For him, it’s case of being the best in this season. These will collide in what will be one of the biggest fights in VFs history.

This is Vicious Fight’s creation.

This is Euro Premier League Season 3.

This…Is…Season Finale!

Red hot card will be opened by 155lbs fighters, Rolland Pierre and Rafael Aranyos. Rolland is coming of a submission victory that saved his spot in VF. For now. Rafael is looking to make his debut outside his native Brazil. Both are 2-2 and both are hungry for another victory. Rafael is explosive fighter – his last 3 fights ended INSIDE 2 mintues. Win or lose, he didn’t fought longer lately. And that includes 5 seconds submission victory. Rolland holds 2 submission victories of his own, so he won’t be afraid to roll with Rafael. And as he NEVER saw decision, you can be sure that this one will end up quickly!

Since losing a rematch to current Light Heavyweight champion, Alex Anderson, Brian Baxter made his presence felt once again with two big KO victories over very gamed opponents. He puts together 4-2 record in VF and all of his wins here came by way of KO or TKO in first round. He proved to be “Man To Beat” at 205lbs, and that’s why Alex Karelin wants to fight him. “Beer” is amazing wrestler, but it may not be enough against that rocket launchers in Baxter’s hands. Anderson showed a blueprint – If you

Do you know what is it «bariga»? No you don’t know what is «bariga». «bariga» is Russian

Cocaine drugdealer and first champion in drugdealers team.

Cocainich had very poor childhood and since he was born he belived only in himself. So he became cocaine drugdealer and combat sambo and BJJ fighter to build his future at the age of 18.

Cocainich turned in MMA at the age of 25 and began to realize his talent of Enstein of BJJ.

In first fight he won tall and sick Fernandol Poe by first round submission. In the second fight

he loose to tough well balanced half-boxer and half-wrestler Jacoby Bryant by 1R TKO. Next

three fights Cocainich won by submissions, before he loose to Dave Herman by dessision. It

was difficult fight. Real heavyweights fight. Herman overworked Cocainich in clinches by using

INY Nuclear Showdown: Melton sr vs Ventura

Editorial by

INY FNXXV

October 10, 2012

MELTON Sr vs VENTURA

It takes some serious reminiscing to think of a rivalry as heated, and as bitter, as the one INY and MMA fans will finally get to see October 10th, at Hayashi’s Lounge in New York, NY where INY’s Fight Night XXV Melton vs Ventura will go down . There’s been so much smack-talk, pissing on trees, and just flat out bad blood between both of these fighters and their managers, that even die-hard INY followers have a hard time remembering how it actually all started, and who really threw the first volley? So let’s take a look at the fighters, their managers, and the story behind this huge MMA orgasm.

Manager Mike Melton is somewhat of a living legend within the Immortals New York organization. Not to be confused with T. Roy (Mike Meltons son and a decorated MMA Tycoon veteran himself), Melton sports a current record of 105-34-1, and an overall record of 168-75-2. He currently manages several world class fighters including 12-2 Vladimir Van Kirland ( 2 time INY 155lbs Champion w/ 4 title defenses), 8-2 Matt Youngblood (2 time 180 lbs NAF Champion, and top contender for INY’s 205 lbs belt), 9-1 Roger De La Hoya (former ACME- FC 265lbs Champion), and 16-3 Carl Mills (former 265lbs FCB, Valhalla, and NAF Champion), along with a string of other notable fighters. This Wednesday, Melton will walk into the ring with one of his most prized fighters, 8-2 Mike Melton Sr , INY’s current 185lbs Champion. Like most of Melton’s fighters, Sr is known

Looking into the Warriors That Built GAMMA to Where it is To

Global Association of MMA, Fight Organization, London
Company profile by Ernie White

Over the course of its extensive history, GAMMA has produced a staggering grand total of 19 top 100 pound-for-pound best fighters in the world. However, only 5 of those men managed to break into the top 20 fighters alive at the time. These men have been staples in the organization and are a major part of putting GAMMA in the top organization discussions. Let’s look back at the historic runs these fighters made.

5. Raz Matazz

“The Atom Smasher” was one of GAMMA’s first major stars. Debuting in the organization way back at GAMMA 43, the scarcely known 2-0 prospect made a statement with a lopsided victory over his opponent, Bo Jackson, that ended in a third round TKO for Matazz. He continued his momentum with two more TKO wins before landing himself in the main event of GAMMA 69, a number one contender’s match against Richard Head. Matazz dominated the fight, taking a clean 30-26 sweep on all three judges’ scorecards. He was then put into a title fight with then 8-0 champion, Mikhail Yudovich. Matazz took the belt via first round knockout, gaining a world title and improving his GAMMA record to 5-0. Even still, nobody knew what this 20 year old kid was about to accomplish. He went on to defend his title 15 straight times, with 10 of those wins coming via knockout or TKO. Matazz’s desire to test himself lead to him vacating his middleweight title to make a move up to light heavyweight. He faced then champion Jeremy Tonal in a superfight for Tonal’s belt. Matazz edged out Tonal in the first two rounds of the five round
