 Saturday night will mark the eleventh event in the brief history of Gladiator Fighting Championship and the organization will once gain be aiming to put on a thrilling night of fights for the fans in Las Vegas. GFC XI will be held at Hard Knocks Arena and the main event will feature two of the top heavyweights in the division. The co-main event pairs two extremely talented welterweights and as an added bonus, the GFC lightweight title will be defended for the first time.
The action will start with a welterweight matchup between welterweights Dingle Berrian (19-7) and Bruce Leroy (5-3). Berrian is entering his fourth fight in GFC and after getting off to a rough start and losing his first two bouts, he recorded an impressive win with a flying knee in his last outing. Berrian relies heavily on his Muay Thai skills, most often looking to land kicks and knees. Some critics consider Berrian to be somewhat one dimensional, but with nineteen career wins to his credit it is hard to find fault with his approach to fighting. Two young and up and comers put the nearly 2,400 fans…to sleep. Man, I thought this would be an exciting fight, it wasn’t. King tried the 1st take down, didn’t get it, landed a couple of weak shots then was taken down. Black then worked the ground well; softening up King, then Black was able to lock up a Kimura. It was a bad loss from King, one that he’s got to learn from and come back better.

 Hi there, fight fans, welcome to another edition of GAMMA Gossip with me, AC Jimbo. Boy do we have a packed show tonight. Reviews of the most recent GAMMA event and reports from Europe on a few recent super-fights, a sneak peek at the upcoming GAMMA events, 281 and 282, and also an interview with one of the current GAMMA stars. With that much on the agenda, we’d better get right down to business!
Let’s start, in time honored fashion, by going over the recent super fights!
A former GAMMA heavyweight champion, and former most-feared fighter on the planet, Anton Chigurh, was also in action recently. He fought at IMMA 110, where he headlined the show in a trilogy bout against Emeka Shakur. Unfortunately for GAMMA fans, and more importantly for Chigurh’s ambitions of regaining that number one pound-for-pound spot, he was disposed of very rapidly in the first round. Shakur now leads their head-to-head by two to one.

 Gladiator Fighting Championship put on its tenth event on Saturday night when they presented GFC X at Hard Knocks Arena in Las Vegas. A near capacity crowd was treated to one of the most exciting nights of fights that GFC has held to date, with six of the ten fights on the card being finished in the first round.
The first fight was a welterweight match up that saw Damian Roshan (27-15-2) use a smothering ground attack to dominate Koby Stott (6-11). Roshan landed a couple of nice punches to the body and slipped a pair of takedown attempts from Stott early in the fight before landing a takedown of his own. Roshan patiently worked to wear Stott down and looked to move into better position, ultimately getting into side control. Each fighter managed a sweep on the ground before Roshan decided to stand up and reset himself. Roshan turned back several more takedown attempts from Stott and punished him for his efforts with well placed kicks and punches. With less than a minute

![]() I, Ramblin' Red Stevenson, am standing outside the secret headquarters of the Gonzaitev/Zaitev camp which is located somewhere in the backstreets of New York, I cannot say exactly where it is as I was informed by the Gonzaitev/Zaitev camp that any information in relation to the headquarters actual whereabouts that is put in the media, that person will have to undergo 15 minutes of hell with some of the top fighters in the Gonzaitev/Zaitev camp. The plan for the day is t get an interview with the two young stars you could say of the Gonzaitev camp in Franky Young and Anthony 'Ace' Ventura, both of whom are currently signed to Immortals and are definite threats in their division, espeically Ventura who is the current 185 champion. However on a side note, I am looking to get a before word from Mr. Gonzaitev about the recent change/addition to his position at Immortals.

For the seventh consecutive event Torment MMA invades King Theatre in Los Angeles for yet another stacked night of Cage Fighting Madness. Zeddicus Starburst will defend his title for the first time since the impressive 1st round TKO win over Zbigniew Mlotek at NGF 30. Allan Starsky gets the opportunity to take away the belt after his 2nd round TKO win over Chad Hardy at NGF 31. Starsky is now on a 7 fight winning streak and all 7 of those wins have come by way of a stoppage, in fact, all 9 wins for Starsky have been a stoppage. He has exceptional boxing skills, but he is also a very talented wrestler, so he is deadly standing and on the ground. Zeddicus Starburst has 5 stoppage wins, but 4 of them have been by KO, so he has more power than Starsky.
