 It has been only one month since GAMMA relaunched it's GAMMA contenders in Las Vegas and we are already expanding into LA! The goal of the contenders is simple. To develop future champions. GAMMA is known worldwide as being the place which focuses on properly booking fights and giving fighters the chance to train and recover properly. Over the years we have had more than 50 fighters join us as rookies and went on to become top 100 p4p ranking fighters.
The contenders are a special part of GAMMA because they help younger fighters (under 25y) develop their skills, train and fight evenly matched fights. The best will eventually be promoted to the main roster.
Rogelio Cottonfloss (88129) together with his assistant Jark Durak have done a fantastic job over the past month to make LV Contenders one of the largest organizations in total fighters in just one month! After very serious consideration, debate, discussion, Buster Delefield (90313) has accepted the mission to expand GAMMA into new territories. Los Angeles was chosen as the new hope for the Contenders brand. LA has always been a hotspot for MMA and with its proximity just 2 hours away from our main home, we decided it would be a fantastic location to continue our expansion.
