Hey folks! We are here to give a review for the last event MZFT 2! As we prepare for the upcoming tournament for the first MZFT champion.
Here are the results of MZFT 2 and the award winners!
We opened the night with a Light Heavy Weight match up between Paul Sun and Matsukatsu Funaki. Sun is absolutely stron on takedowns successfully taking Funaki down, but Funaki is very comfortable at guard and made Sun tapping as he successfully got that armbar. He also got Sub of the night Award because of that masterful move!
Kratos Gorkhain and Jeannot Chong Starbowsky Li followed up the night. Gorkhain started strong, and never looked back! Starbowsky Li made a mistake of Clinching with a very strong Gorkhain as he rocked him quickly in the very first round. He made sure on the 2nd round that Starbowsky Li will not recover as he knock him out in 3minutes of the 2nd round.
The next match was a Light Heavy Weigh Match up between Isei Sagawa and Tony Magnatty. Sagawa quickly had the advantage when he took this fight to the ground easily, he dominated from the top and he never looked back as he ended Magnatty in the first round.
The next match was a Light Weight bout between Tetsuo Mezugochi and Sub Rampage. Mezuogochi's powerful hands quickly put a cut on Ramapage's face, he is so precise with his punches and put a quick beating to Rampage's face as he ended this match in just 44 seconds to take the KO of the night award
The next match is the Co-Main event of the evening between Loves to Spooge and Daniel Santiago. We saw war between this two fighters, they put their hearts out, and showed the fans what they paid for. They showed 3 rounds of great action. Loves to Spooge maintained his precision in his kicks, as he tore Santiago apart with the brutal body kicks while avoiding Santiago's punches, he continued that for 3 rounds and he never looked back as he wins by Unanimous Decision and both of them get the Fight of the night award!
The main event was between Young Gu and Ding Lee! Gu got his way early by taking down Lee and maintaining that position for a very long time, but Lee did not backed down when he got taken down and defended with various submission attempts. But Gu overpowered him in the 3rd minute of the round and he pummeled away with big shots from the top as Lee went lights out as he got knocked out by Young Gu.
