We're here with one of the top ranked Light Heavyweight's in the world, who's recently made headlines because his next opponent is current EVO Champion and #1 ranked P4P fighter in the world, Smokudju Womba.

Elvis, just how excited are you to be fighting the best fighter on the planet? Are you nervous? Anxious? Describe the emotions running though you right now.

"I am ready to go."

You don't quite carry as much hype as the fighters that Womba has fought recently, how does that make you feel?

"Like a leprechaun following a rainbow to me pot o' gold."

You have a black belt under Eddie Bravo, but you must admit that you've never faced a grappler of Womba's caliber. When it comes to MMA he puts the Gracie's to shame. You've never been submitted in your career, have you accepted that as a possibility?

"I know Womba is high level on the ground, it is well within me, this is combat. Anything can happen out there."

How are you going to approach Womba once the bell rings and the fight starts?

"With the fighting Irish stance."

You're coming off a long lay off from your last fight. How does that affect your conditioning?

"As you can tell by lookin' by this fine physique, that I'm a freak of nature, I'm a specimen of human movement."

Does your manager's history with Womba affect you emotionally in the cage?

"I don't hold emotions while I am in there... in there it is just calm and creative."

Describe your experience on The Convicted Fighter Show?

"A drunken blur that ended with one helluva hangover."

In both of your losses you've been TKO'd, are you worried about Womba's power?

"Your ma drop you on your head? I was fighting fuckin' giants."

So do you have any respect for Womba's power?

"He finished me pal Taj, but I won't make the same mistakes. I'm younger, I'm meaner, and I'm a whole lot better lookin'."

You're a very proud individual. If Womba sinks in a submission - tap or snap?

"Snap."

Snap?

"If Womba locks in a sub I'm gonna rip me limb off and beat em with it. "

It would make a hell of a canvas.

"There's two things I like to do. Whoop ass and look good. Right now I'm lookin good so on the 25th of December I'll do the other."

"I care not what other people think. I am going to give Womba the arse-kickin' of his lifetime."
