Hey, I am excited for todays show. It is packed! We are going to look back at Extreme MMA 13, and preview the up coming Extreme MMA 14 event.
Host Niko:
We will have a special guest on the Cage Unlocked later today, President and CEO of Extreme MMA Mr. Copper, but first let’s preview EMMA 14. We will start with the Lightweight Title fight between Jordan “Hendo” Henderson and Mark Conway.
Co-Host Billy:
Straight away “Hendo” has the huge experience factor his 13 fights to Conway’s 2 fights. “Hendo” has tasted defeat more times than victory as his 6-7 record shows. Hendo has OK striking, but he is a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu with most of his wins coming from submissions. He is on a 2-fight win streak and is 2-0 at 155. Conway is 2-0 and is an excellent boxer with a great motor. I think that if this fight stays standing Conway will get the KO/TKO. If the fight goes to the ground Hendo has the advantage. I feel it in my gut that this one stays standing. Conway is also a Blue Belt in BJJ. I think he has enough Jiu Jitsu to not get submitted and keep this fight standing where Conway Wins by KO/TKO.
Prediction: Conway by KO/TKO

In our opening bout for the main card we have Filippo Di Valo 10-3 (0-1 in EMMA) vs “Brooklyn Boy” Bradley Boston 16-13-2 making his EMMA debut. This fight is truly a contrast in styles. Di Valo a Black Belt in BJJ and Boston a Former Boxing Champion. Where this fight takes place will determine who wins the fight. Half of Di Valo’s victories have been submission victories. Even though Bradley has only been submitted once, it was to the last black belt he faced. Di Valo’s standup is better than Boston’s ground game.
Prediction: Di Valo via Submission

I disagree I think Boston gets it done via decision.

Yeah let’s do that. Joining us on the phone we have Mr. Cropper the President and CEO of Extreme MMA. To talk about what happened at Extreme MMA 13, and to discuss the upcoming event on March 7 Extreme MMA 14.
Mr. Cropper, thank you for joining us on Caged Unlocked. Mr. Cropper, we just finished Extreme MMA 13, and we had 8 out of the ten fights end early with finishes.
Who were the fights of the night award winners?
Mr. Cropper: Extreme MMA 13 Award winners was KO of the night: Constantine Titanus Sub of the night: Johnny Hotsauce here at extreme mixed martial arts we only give out koi/sub of the night to ensure we get the most finishes as possible and It works just look at Extreme MMA 13.
Overall, how did you feel about Extreme MMA 13?
Mr. Cropper: Extreme MMA 13 was a great event for us the ticket sales was 1852 and the revenue was 185k with 8 finishes and a rating of 149.76 so yeah a great event for us.
Who impressed you the most at Extreme MMA 13?
Mr. Cropper: I gotta say Constantine Titanus looked unstoppable he is very talented fighter and a future champion.
Now on March 7 we have Extreme MMA 14 coming up and we have 2 title fights, one at Lightweight and the other at Bantamweight. Now on the card you put the fight for the first ever Lightweight Title here in EMMA between Jordan Henderson and Mark Conway as the first fight on the main card, and the Bantamweight Title fight between The Champ Jesus Gaarlandt and the challenger Andrew Holmes as the co-main event.
What was your reason for that?
Mr. Cropper: Think you have that wrong we have had to change that around a bit due to Helge Fossmo v Craig Potz fight and a few others I feel the Popularity Helge Fossmo and Craig Potz have in sydney is simply a main event fight and Idi Ota v Damo Dustup is now the co main event we have the lightweight title on the prelim card and the Bantamweight Title is under the co main event i feel this fits the card better than how it was.
Now let's talk about the Title fights themselves.
What are your thoughts about the two fights and do you have any prediction for the two title fights?
Mr. Cropper: Well lightweight title is the first ever Lightweight title fight ever in Extreme Mixed Martial Arts and I’m sure they will come out to put on a great show Mark Conway has Excellent boxing and is a Cardio machine Jordan Henderson is a Cardio machine and a Bjj purple belt and are both on a win streak I think this fight will go to the Judges.
Mr. Cropper: Bantamweight Title Jesus Gaarlandt is on a remarkable five fight win streak he is looking unstoppable and he has been in a title fight so he knows the pressure of a title fight were as Andrew Holmes has never been in a title fight so will the pressure get to him I don’t know only time will tell but this well be a great ground fight.
What fight or fights are you most excited about on this card?
Mr. Cropper: I'm looking forward to seeing a number of fights on this card Idi Ota v Damo Dustup is one that mite steal the show I also like the look of the new 18yr old fighter Charlie Hustle he has a test on his hands by the name of Just Do It, Charlie Hustle has never fought and is looking to get his first win but Just Do It will want to keep the fight on the feet this fight should be a good start to the Extreme MMA 14 card.
Finally, the big question Aaron Bursa has been talking smack about Gaarlandt. Do think he is ready for a Title shot right out of the gate?
Mr. Cropper: He will not be fighting for the title Aron Burza he is a remarkable fighter and is hungry for gold but he wont be getting a title shot straight away he has to prove him self in Extreme Mixed Martial Arts before getting a title fight.
Who do you think would be a good challenge for him?
Mr. Cropper: Tyrion Lannister, Esta me Dinero either of these guys would test Aron Burza and I look forward to seeing Aron Burza fight.
Asa Sharp the #3 ranked Bantamweight in EMMA looked impressive in his last fight, but he is still really young and inexperienced.
Who do you see fighting Aron in his debut?
Mr. Cropper: I don’t know who his debut fight will be but I can tell you it wont be a walk in the park for Aron Burza.
What are your plans for Aron?
Mr. Cropper: I don’t really make plans for fighters, that is up to the fighter and his manager to make plans, I just book fights do interviews to promote events.

Our next fight is in the Heavyweight Division between Glen Jacobs and Seb Winnick. Jacobs is the more experienced fighter, but Winnick is the more well rounded fighter, and because of being the more well rounded that is why Seb Winnick will win this fight.
Prediction: Seb Winnick via TKO
Co-Host Billy:
And now for the Bantamweight Title fight between the Champion Jesus Gaarlandt and the challenger Andrew Holmes. This will be a tough road for Andrew to travel. Jesus is the better standup fighter. The only area that Andrew has the advantage is in Wrestling and if this goes to the ground Jesus will submit Holmes.
Prediction: Jesus should win this one fairly easily via Submission
Host Niko:
I agree 100% Andrew will have a hard time and Jesus will win.
Co-Host Billy:
In the Co-main event we have two Super Heavyweights who love to slug it out in Ida Ota and Damo Dustup. They are two heavy hitters who love taking people out. This fight will not go to the judges’ scorecard. We will have two fighters that will go out there and it will be like Rockem’ Sockm’ Robots. The fans will get their money. This fight is a toss up. I think Ida will win via KO/TKO
Host Niko:
That’s funny because I think that Damo Dustup wins via KO/TKO
Now for the main event, we have Heavyweights Helge Fossmo vs Chris Potz. No doubt the winner of this fight will fight Constantine Titanus for the Heavyweight Title. Both fighters are KO artists. Fossmo needs to avoid the clinch; If Potz can put that Thai plumb on Fossmo it could be over with those lethal elbows. Fossmo is a World-class wrestler with a Brown Belt in BJJ. I could see Potz taking this fight to the clinch and Fossmo pulling guard and submitting Potz.
Prediction: Fossmo via submission
Well Billy that’s the end of our show! I want to again Thank Mr. Copper for calling in! EMMA 14 is three days away, and from top to bottom, I can’t think of a better card that EMMA has put on.
