Today we have with us INFINITY middleweight fighter Jon Stone (17-7-0 MMA). For those of you that don't know him, This man has been through some wars over the years, making a wave of highlights at top orgs such as BHFC,Helsinki Battleground & Infinity.

Jon, Welcome to the show brother! we got a hand full of cards containing some fan written questions for you.

Jon Stone : Thanks for having me, I'm glad to be here.

Ok 1st question is " At 36 ,alot of people are saying you should consider retirement. Is that on your mind at all?"

Jon Stone: Not ever! I'm learning something new everday. I know I have 3-4 years left in me. I feel strong & I have alot of fire in me.

Good man, Q#2 " You were just finished via armbar by Demolitionman Randy, you haven't been submit in 11years and only had 1 prior submission loss. Does this discourage you given the fact that you were on a 7win streak?"

Jon Stone: Who writes this sh*t aha I wouldn't say discouraged, I mean Randy is a decorated grappler & It was his night that night. I have moved on from that...I'm focused on my next opponent & building a new streak.

Q#3 "You have won fight of the night x7 & KO of the night once, You're quite liked for your fan favorite style...Do you plan on fighting a little  more defensive in the future?"

Jon Stone: Ya I've hand my fair share of showdowns but that's who I am. I will always bite down on my mouth peice & blast away. It's a bit harder to be that aggressive consistantly at this age but I will  always count on my KO power to get the job done.

Q#4: "In 7 losses you've never been  knocked out or TKO'd..Does that push you a little more to stand and bang with your next opponent Mark Calaway whos an excellent boxer?"

Jon Stone: The good ol' chin is still about. I am ready for whatever he has for me & I will throw everything but the kitchen sink at him.....It's going to be a war. April,12th all my fans come & support me @Infinity58 Hard knocks centre.

Q#5: " You have fought soz sztrova twice...Is there a 3rd one in the works? any bad blood?

Jon Stone: We were two financially stable individuals the 1st time around. I got the W and went on a 2 year haitus to Thailand. Once I got back I departed with my manager and was greeted by Jim Powers, He booked me a QFC bout with sh*t pay but I was broke,Turns out so was Sztrova so we went and banged it out again..I got the knockout again & now I don't think we have any interest in a rematch.
