ONI - 100 Cage vs Goku

Why hello there raging fight fans, this is David Goliath, The Zombie Writer here to bring you the action on this historic Tokyo event, ONI - 100. This is the big one folks! One hundred main events put on by ONI, and still going strong. ONI may have recently changed management, but believe that Christian is a well suited heir to this powerhouse hypemachine. In the past, he has created Bare Knuckle Combat New York and competed with the top orgs over there. More recently, our creator and honorary boardmember, Kojiro Sasaki determined that Christian was a rightful candidate to take over major oporations here at ONI. With Christian's time and skills, and a community of boardmembers with great org. wisdom and knowledge, ONI will be carried on into the future, and remain THE premier org of Tokyo. ONI - 100 is a great example of the work and dedication Christian has to offer Tokyo's elite, an event that will break multiple record both for Tokyo and for ONI. Now down to the action...

It is well know that ONI, in the past has been known to take a do it yourself approach to events and to success. Choosing mostly to make all fights within the org, and refrain from superfights, ONI built itself into a top 15 global organization. Holding in reserve the superfight option has allowed this card to happen, and, oh boy do we have a big one...

Luke Cage vs Son Goku   SHW title fight

Since joining ONI's SHW division Luke Cage has been a nightmare powerhouse kickboxer. Dropping his first fight to the great Ernesto Oliviera in a violent first round stoppage, Cage went on to dispatch his next 4 opponents in the first round with devestating power in his kicks and punches, as well as deadly accuracy. Cage went on to avenge his only ONI loss and take control of the SHW title...This man has yet to see the second round since joining ONI.

Son Goku. Son Goku period. That should say it all, but for those noobs who don't know, I'll fill ya in. Son Goku is a member of both AJFC and ONI hall of fame, and is the baddest man in Tokyo. Son Goku has fought on a global level for a long time, with even a win over the famous Don Marciano...Goku is the current number one condender in the HW division, and has decided to challenge for the SHW title while awaiting his next shot at the HW gold strap. Goku likes to use extraterrestrial-like power and speed to kickbox his opponents into a bloody first round stoppage. Although he has lost a few fights recently, make no mistake that Goku has a good chance of holding both the HW and SHW titles for ONI. This fight will become legend.

In all my knowledge and wisdom of ONI's fighters, I have to say that Goku may be the favorite coming into this thing. Cage is the real deal at SHW, but this fight will show if he can fight on the world stage against thw top tycoon has to offer. Goku is already at that level and has only lost to the best. I say Goku shows Cage where is weaknesses are, and makes him come back even stronger.

Ernesto Oliviera vs Sam McKay

Ernesto Oliviera is the former ONI SHW champion, and one of the most dominate fighters the division has ever seen. Oliviera came into ONI like a bat out of hell...and has seen every ounce of professional fight action inside ONI. He fought his way into a title fight with now AJFC contender Andy Hug, and dominated the champion, claiming the gold as his own. After defending his title 5 times, Oliviera got a shot and current number 2 p4p fighter in the game, Iiro Tolonen. After losing his title to the current ONI SHW champion Luke Cage, Oliviera has beaten top prospect Ponch Villa and is now fighting for another title shot. Ernesto enjoys beating his opponents up with kickboxing and vicious leg kicks, and is no stranger to some heavy dirty boxing at times. He like power and accuracy in his approach.

Sam McKay is another new recruit from the HW division. He has gon through almost everybody in the HW division, dropping only recently to Son Goku himself. He is the number one contender in that division, but shares the same fightcamp as current HW champion Eddie Miller so, is looking to pick up some action in another division for now. Sam is a former champion and has fought all over the world against the best each city has to offer, coming out on top most of the time. Sam is a natural boxer who mixes kicks into the fray, and also has some very heavy dirty boxing. Sam has the kind of power held by only the best in the game, and can crumple any chin with hard work and angles.

This is razor close to call. Sam does have the punching power of a global superstar, but lacks diversity in his attack. Ernesto looks to have a slight edge with more weapons to fire and may be the winner in this one, but Sam can stop a fight at anytime and is recently peaking as a professional. You call it.

Wahoo McDaniels vs Jigoro Kane

This will be a very exciting match-up and certainly will leave us with a 100% fight rating. Wahoo McDaniels is a boxer who can defend against anything thrown at him, and dish out big punishment in a short amount of time. He likes to destroy opponents a little at a time, ending fights with either a devestating knockout, or a mistimed step, and the light went out for him. A crowd favorite, everyone knows that Wahoo puts on a good show and delivers the good everytime. Look for him to throw often and early, and try not to waste any time in the cage against a dangerous opponent.

Jigoro Kane. Did you hear me? JIGORO KANE! Once held as the number one p4p fighter in the game after stamping out Tycoon's first superstar Jin Sen, Kane went on to hold the SYN title and defend it over and over. He first seemed human when he started dropping fights to other p4p names, fighting only the best in the game. Since his prime, Kane has still destroyed some of the best fighters around and currently holds the CWFL light heavyweight belt. Kane's ability to put a man to sleep once amazed every player in the game so, this is still the biggest fight of Wahoo's career. May the fireworks commence!'

This is rediculous...I have to call this really? Ok well, I'll say that Kane is the obvious favorite on paper, but the reality is he has been knocked out before, and McDaniels is just the guy who could do it. This fight will not go more than 10 minutes, and someone will be sleeping. My money is on McDaniels. With all due respect to the great, Wahoo is peaking and has an exellent camp who has prepared for this fight relentlessly.

Roderick Jenkins v Horato Muchada

Here is a big bantamweight fight to round out our main card action. Both of these guys are always listed in Tokyo's top 10 145ers...Both are hungry for a comeback run or a title shot, and the winner will almost certainly be in the top 3 of a crowded-with-killers 145lb division.

Roderick Jenkins has only lost 2 times since going pro...and even then he faced the hall of famer Kong Su Han, to lose by cut, and the most accurate striker in the division, Zari Yasuda, to lose a hard-fought decision. Jenkins is one tough SOB, proving this over and over and remaining in top contention for a title shot. Jenkins uses a barrage of muay thai leg kicks to weaken as opponent while mixing up diverse strikes into his attack. Damage accumulation is his bread and butter, until he decides to end the fight.

Horato Muchada is very excited to get a rematch with Jenkins, and a chance at revenge. The two met back in ASTRAL, the former top Tokyo org where Jenkins stopped Muchada in the second round with strikes. Since than, these guys joined the ONI shark tank which is the 145 division. Muchada re-ignited his fire and although dropped his first two fight in ONI, he has since adjusted and ran through some top guys to place his name in the elite of the division. Muchada likes to utilize kickboxing and leg kicks at volume to soften guys up, and tear their clothes off in a clinchrape fashion. He is also no stranger to the ground game, having some good submissions in his early days.

In my opinion, Roderick Jenkins has improved the most since their last meeting and I believe there will be no rubber match.

I would like to say that although I am busy running a fightcamp and the number one clothing store Smashwear, I have done my best to bring a good and entertaining analysis on this great event. Although I must stick to the main card only due to time restraints, the other 6 matches are all great fights and will showcase the level of talent at ONI's disposal. Tune in for this PPV event in the comfort of your own home, or bring your happy asses out to the raging masses as we throw the biggest party in Tokyo since Godzilla stopped making films!
