Aggresive Damage events come once again in style where we will see some new fighters, old faces, sequels, trilogies and 2 title fights! This is a card definitely worth checking out.

Preliminary card

265 lbs bout: Ivan Janko (13-9) vs Jun Mizuno (7-7)

Vanko via 2nd round submission.

155 lbs bout: Erwin Ontarioa (33-15-1) vs Dmitry Petrenko (24-16)

Petrenko will win again via decision.

145 lbs bout: Perseen Suti (13-11-1) vs Diego Brandao (11-6)

Brandao will avenge the loss via decision.

185 lbs bout: Kuai Liang (18-10) vs Love Aikawa (13-17)

Kuai Liang easy win via TKO.

155 lbs bout: Matthew Connor (15-7) vs Shia LaBeouf (17-13-4)

Shia LeBeouf will win via decision.

Main card

170 lbs bout: Juan Corrida (30-16) vs Seb Shawcross (10-2)
Juan Corrida is much more experienced than Seb Shawcross with having 34 more fights than him which gives Corrida a big advantage heading into this fight but Seb Shawcross has faced fighters like this throughout his career and he knows what how to neutralize them and win the fights.
Juan Corrida is an excellent boxer and a wrestler whose flexibility is beyond this world, he is a winner of 3 fight of the night, 5 sub of the night and 2 KO of the night awards which tells us how amazing this fighter is and how he steals the show whenever his name is on the fight card.
Seb on the other hand is a newby in Aggresive Damage having only one fight that happened on AD232: Scratches On The Wall where he succesfully defeated Max Kaz. Seb is a fighter who relies a lot on his boxing and wrestling skills that are at an elite level.
He is also former Anarchy and LTSD 170 pounds champion so he knows whats it like to be on the top and he will without a doubt seek to be at the top again. I predict that Juan Corrida will be able to defeat Seb Shawcross and extend his winning streak to 3 fights.

185 lbs bout: Myles O Donnell (16-8) vs Dane Cook (21-15-2)

Whoever wins this fight takes a huge step forward in the title contendership so this fight holds big significance to both of these fighters.
Both of these fighters are fairly new to the organisation and have only 2 fight in it.
O Donnell has 1 win and 1 loss while "DC" Dane Cook has 2 spectacular victories.
Dane Cook is looking extremely good at the moment, probably the best in years while O Donnell is in a point of his carreer where he is starting to deteriorate.
We are starting to question where is Myles O Donnell from 2 years ago where he had a record of 10 victories in a row.
I think that O Donnell might came back soon and start to destroy everyone on his path like we know he can.
But DC is a big test for him because he is a world class boxer and a marvelous grappler that likes to beat their opponents to a decision victory, something O Donnell is completely against because he likes to finish his opponents via KO, get people talking and win that bonus prize.
We will see a tough fight here but I think Dane has what it takes to defeat O Donnell.

145 lbs World Title bout: Wedge Xiii (23-14) vs Tommy DeVito (16-7-1)

A new champion will be crowned in this fight since we saw the reigning champion Nate Kyzer unfortunately leave the company a few months ago thus leaving 145 pounds division without a king.
Wedge Xiii is a former title contender who was one of many fighters that failed to capture that very same title from Kyzer, but now he has another chance to realize his dream and become the Aggresive Damage champion and rule the division.
In his way is Tommy DeVito who is an incredibly good boxer that is known to have a spectacular fights when they go full 3 rounds, fights that amaze people all around the world.
But Wedge Xiii has defeated Tommy DeVito twice already in the recent months so he holds a huge favoritism by many, including myself. I think Wedge Xiii will be the new champion of 145 division for sure.

155 lbs bout: Trang Troc (28-16) vs Ryan Hopkins (12-3-1)

Trang Troc is AD veteran and a former 155 pounds champion but so is Ryan Hopkins.
These two fighter met August 29 at AD244 when Trang Troc lost his title to Ryan Hopkins via unanimous decision.
In that fight veteran Troc didn't seem to have the answer to the up and coming Canadian who seem to be the better man on that evening.
Since that match Hopkins fought Aaron Witt and lost the title on AD230 and now he is looking to prove to the world that he deserves that rematch by attempting to beat Trang Troc once again.
The stakes are high in these match because the winner will probably get to challenge the champion in the near future or maybe he will have to go through highly hyped Rajja Khan first who is coming of a decision win at the previous event AD235.
This is still a highly anticipated win where Trang Troc is figthing not only for himself and for the title opportunity but for all the people in their late 30s and 40s that are still fighting on the top level despite everyone telling them they can't do it.
But it would still be a huge upset if Trang Troc actually manages to defeat Hopkins because Ryan is a clear favorite in this one. I gotta say that I think it will be 2-0 for Hopkins and a maybe career ending loss for Trang Troc.

170 lbs World Title bout: Patrick Jane (41-15-1) vs Brenden Abbott (22-8)

Some might call me delusional and tell me that I am wrong here but I seriously believe that Patrick Jane is the best fighter in Aggresive Damage.
After I say that people then start to remind me about Simbo Klice and Yeo Jae Suk and I acknowledge their talents but there is just something about Patrick Jane that you don't see in a lot of fighters.
His professional record is amazing with 41 wins, 15 losses and 1 NC, he is a 10 time fight of the night and 3 time KO of the night winner and a 2 time AD World champion.
Let me take you back to February 19, 2014 at AD188 where these two men faced each other for the first time and it was for this 170 pounds title, Patrick Jane and Brenden Abbott went to a 5 round war in which Jane won by unanimous decision, absolutely amazing fight that people talked for a long time and they prayed for a sequel which eventually came August 22, 2014 at AD223.
That fight was a non title 3 round fight in which the tides have turned and Abbott won a decision victory and it was of course pronounced a fight of the night.
Abbott's win was a huge upset for everyone and it launched into a title fight which he eventually lost to Dennis Wise.
But what Abbott couldn't do, Jane did, he took the title and now we have a Jane vs Abbott trilogy that will end this feud and show us the champion of the division.
These men's faith seem to intertwine throughout their careers and we were destined to see a trilogy happen and we cannot be more happy that it did.
I am seriously excited for this fight and I am 100% sure that this will be as good as their two previous bouts and it will steal the show without any doubt.
I have to say that Jane is my favorite but he shouldn't underestimate Abbott because we all saw how he surprised us in their last fight.

2 title fights in which 1 is guaranteed to give us a new champion, 10 amazing fights, 20 great fighters, now that is a fight card worth seing!
Jane vs Abbott III is something we have been waiting for a long time and only a fool would miss this fight.
October 31, 2014 at Belle Centre in Montreal is the destination and date of this event so hurry up and buy your ticket soon while you still can!
