 Great to have you here in the GAMMA, studio Tiki! The GAMMA fans have been dieing to get aquainted, so lets get started!
Question #1 You recently joined GAMMA after previously fighting in smaller orgs, what was the main factor which motivated you to pick GAMMA over the main competition?
Tiki: That question is no question at all. When my manager told me we had offers from multiple orgs and one of them was Gamma I told him straight out make the deal with Gamma. I did my time in the minor leagues its time to show what I can do against the best.
Question #2 At just 29y of age, would you say we have yet to see the best of Tiki?
Tiki: If you feel you've stopped learning it's time to get out of mma. I feel I'm just coming into my prime, my skills have never been better and I'm as hungry as ever.
Question #3 You are 1-1 in GAMMA losing to Pierre Trudeau via decision in your last fight. What went wrong there?
Tiki: That was a mistake in tactics and execution I just didn't put enough pressure on him and that allowed him to fight his fight. It won't happen again I'd fight him again anywhere anytime .......and he wouldn't make it out of the second round.
Question #4 You are currently fighting in the 205lbs division dominated by Jesse Custer, do you think you have the talent needed to get to that level and eventually compete for the title?
Tiki: All the respect in the world to Jesse, the guy is a stud but when we fight and we will it's going to be Custers' last stand. I'm willing to work my way up to that though nothing is given to you in Gamma, just keeping throwing contenders my way.
Question #5 Currently you are unbooked. Who would you like to fight next?
Tiki: I hate to be cliche but I'll fight anybody they put in front of me I don't even care what weight. Put it this way if Gamma decide to have an open weight Grand Prix I'd be the first one to sign up, I just love to fight and nobody has ever been bored at a Tiki Toke fight!
