Stomp-a-thon 21        8 Aug 2015        Review by Rabid Alien (102643)
The Romper Room Butt-Stompers has once again shown why its events are becoming the "place to be" here in Las Vegas with an incredible show at The Underground this August 8th.  This smackdown packed event had 8 fights, and not a SINGLE ONE OF THEM saw the 3rd round.  Yup, thats right...8 fights so brutal and so vicious that 7 men went down for the count and 1 more did the "Kimura tap dance"" to the stand-stomping pleasure of the MMA fans who flocked in eagerly to see it.  This review will hopefully visualize for the fans who sadly missed it....just what a great evening they missed out on.  If my verbs and adjectives fail, u can get the brutally tasty details at http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgeventmanager.php?EvID=840090.

155 lbs fight between a wrestler with some boxing skills named Bung "Wrecktal" Popper (264534) and a BJJ fighter with some boxing skills by the name of Anthony "Showtime" Pettis (266873).
Ding !  Pettis is wanting a takedown and Popper is saying No and when Pettis gets the takedown Popper immediately escapes.  Both are swinging wildly and Popper takes advantage of a missed right hand, and takes Pettis down.  Popper is working some GnP and Pettis is happy to be in his favorite position and practice some submission holds, but Popper is defending well and landing GnP.  But after the 3rd submission attempt by Pettis, Popper gets scared and scrambles to his feet.  Pettis quickly after the takedown and gets it and is after the submission.  Popper pops him with some GnP and then stands again.  Round 2, Pettis is leg kicking and Popper lands a body shot followed by a left-right combo that knocks Pettis down!  Popper knows Pettis is dangerous on the ground and waves him up.   Popper thumps in another body-shot and then a head shot that drops Pettis and its all over !
Results:  After 0:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bung Popper!  Popper is awarded the "KO of the Night".

185 lbs fight between Rikkard Hanson (260249) and Mario "The Sicilian Assassin" Puzo (261625)
Hanson is a well-rounded boxer/BJJ fighter and Puzo is     a well-rounded wrestler/boxer.  Ding Ding !  Hanson connects and takes one in the guts as he goes for a takedown.  Puzo is stuffing takedowns and kicking to keep the distance but Hanson eventually gets the fight to the ground and starts working submissions from the top.  They go at it hot and heavy and the round ends with them slowing down... Round 2, Hanson straight to the takedown attempt which Puzo stuffs and starts kicking again to keep the distance.  But Hanson takes his time and sets it up and then grabs a takedown and methodically advances position until he was ready and just like he timed it to the clock started working submission just like he had it charted...
Results:    After 4:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Rikkard Hanson!  Hanson is awarded "Submission of the Night".
265 lbs fight between Bronko Buster (265872), a boxer with wrestling skills, and Major "Defender Of Twats" Moonstone, (267538) who is also a boxer with wrestling skills.
Ding !  Buster comes out jabbin and hookin and Moonstone defending and then grabs a clinch.  But when Moonstone takes a shot in the clinch....he dont like the taste of it and breaks the clinch.  For a minute both men were mostly beating hell out of the air and there was a breeze here at ringside...but eventually Buster started finding the distance and landing body shots and it went downhill from there for Moonstone...  After Buster got Moonstone slowed down he lifted aim and started popping in head shots with excellent accuracy, which Moonstone had no reply for and so...
Results:    After 4:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bronko Buster!
185 lbs fight between Stan "The Missile" Militia (267406) and Sergei Tatarinov (267488).  Both men are MT/wrestlers.
Ding !    Tatarinov lands 1st strike and its on like Donkey Kong !  Militia is firing back and when Tatarinov throws a leg kick, Militia counters with a head kick that drops Tatarinov to the mat!  He gets to his feet all groggy and Militia is in animal mode and its, left-right-left and OVER !  Tatarinov  "hits with a thud" kinda over...Thats was quick and nasty....ohhhhh.makes me feel yummy inside...lol
Results:    After 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Stan Militia!
205 lbs     No Contest     Yuji Kajima managed by Cfc Australia (105254) really struggled with his weight cut for this fight. After coming in at 208.3, he had two hours to cut the additional weight. He was unable to do so and as a result, his fight with AJ McKenzie was cancelled.  Bad bad BAD....SPANK !
155 lbs  No Contest     Dickie Hardwood managed by Renny Ortiz (105296), had a terrible time trying to make weight. After initially coming in at 158.3, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. Stepping on the scales for a second time, he still failed to make the required weight and after much deliberation, his fight with Mads Nielsen was cancelled.   Bad bad BAD....SPANK !
Damn.....2 Fatasses in a row?  6 months and never had a NC weight missed issue and now bam! 2 smack dab together?  Note to self:  Do NOT buy lottery ticket today...
170 lbs fight between Patrick "Quick Hands" Gore (269700) and Tyson Foley (270481)
Gore is a boxer and Foley is a boxer/wrestler.   Ding Ding !  Foley had a loney childhood and quickly rushes for the hug.  They kinda flounder around awkwardly looking like they afraid to hurt/upset the other and Foley breaks clinch leaving both men frustrated Im sure.  Foley continues to be overly friendly and keeps hugging and trying to lay down with Gore and Gore is throwing punches half-heartedly and missing with most.  Gore musta forgot to shower the last week cause Foley keeps breaking clinch.  Thankfully the fight ended when Foley kicked Gore and Gore popped him in the eye and rocked Foley, followed by a straight right and Gore goes down!
Results:     After 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Patrick Gore!
265 lbs fight between Roger Tiddlywinks (272963) and Travis "Rhino" Speed (276051)
Tiddlywinks is a well trained fighter with weakness in BJJ and Speed is boxer/BJJ fighter.  Ding Ding !  Tiddlywinks comes out kicking, leg kick head kick and Speed is down !  Speed is speedily back on his feet and blood is flowing as he returns a kick, miss and then eats a kick that slow-flips him backwards !  Hylite stuff !
Results:    After 0:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Roger Tiddlywinks!
GOOD NIGHT  !!
