MAIN CARD
HEAVYWEIGHT: Rodney Garcia (13-3) vs Matt Byrne (9-5)
In the opening fight on the main card, we have two guys in desperate need of a win. Former LFC champion Rodney Garcia is riding a 2 fight losing streak, including a unanimous decision loss to Culver Crimson in his LEGACY! debut. Garcia is a very effective grappler, as 10 of his 13 wins have come by way of submission.

Matt Byrne was on a 2 fight winning streak coming into his last fight against Robbie Lautua, but was also defeated by unanimous decision. Byrne is more of a striker as far as offensive threats go, but he has very good submission defense.

He has yet to be submitted in his 14 career pro fights. With another loss on his resume, Rodney Garcia would be battling to keep his job, a far cry from his title holding days in the LFC promotion. With a win, Matt Byrne could move to 3-1 in the promotion and be taken seriously as a title contender at heavyweight.

SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT: James Bomb (78-34-7) vs Declan Sweeney (33-16)
A modern day warrior, James Bomb has been through all of the ups and downs one can experience as an MMA fighter with nearly 120 professional fights under his belt. In his prime years, Bomb was fighting once a month in the Euro Premier League before making an uneven stop in the Evolution promotion.

Bomb arrived at Las Vegas Prizefighting without ever holding a title. He would go on to become a 3 time champion in the promotion with 9 successful title defenses. After a 1-1 start in the LEGACY! promotion, Bomb is looking to prove his best days aren’t behind him just yet.

Declan Sweeney will be making his debut in this fight after many year in the Evolution promotion without winning the title. At 37 years old, Sweeney is hungry to hold gold and what better way to get started on that journey then to knock out a legend in the sport like Bomb? Both guys have ridiculous KO rates with Bomb only having 16 decisions in over 115 total fights. This fight puts two wily veterans with a ton of power against each other. No doubt this fight should end very suddenly.

HEAVYWEIGHT: Ji Lu (16-4) vs Bull Hurley (11-2)
In the rematch of an Imperial Heavyweight title fight from a year ago, Bull Hurley will look to even the score. Ji Lu won the title from Hurley in an epic contest that resulted in a KO finish early in the 4th round. This fight won’t be for a title, but it will certainly play a huge role in deciding the next challenger for the title here in LEGACY!.

Hurley was given a sweetheart match in his first bout in the promotion and finished Vincenzo Vitalli in the 2nd round by KO. Ji Lu was given a more dangerous opponent in Thomas Bannon, but also finished the fight in the second round by KO. Adding a win over Bull Hurley could be enough for Lu to get a crack at the title, but this should be a barnburner. The first fight was an absolute war and neither fighter has been in the championship rounds before or since that fight.

Co Main Event - LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT: © Liam Donnelly (14-4) vs De Bruyne (14-1-1)
In another rematch on this card, Lightweight champion Liam Donnelly is taking on De Bruyne, the man he defeated for the title about 6 months ago. After a unanimous decision win over Alexsandro De Souza, the LEGACY! brass have given Bruyne a rematch.

The fight against De Souza was the first time in 11 fights that De Bruyne had fought in a non-title fight. In his five year fighting career, De Bruyne had never been defeated before losing a lopsided decision against Donnelly in the first fight. The motivation will certainly be at an all-time high for Bruyne in this rematch. Liam Donnelly is 5-0 in the promotion and recently won his first title defense in a 5 round thriller against Charles Bronson.

Donnelly was able to deliver an improbable comeback win after unanimously being down 3-1 coming into the 5th and final round. Some short punches in the clinch really rocked Bronson and finished the job with a devastating uppercut. This fight should be another war, but anything is possible with the power that both of these men possess.

Main Event - FEATHERWEIGHT: Akeen Coker (15-3) vs Ruud Gullit (28-8)
In a very intriguing co-main event, veteran Ruud Gullit is hoping to improve upon his surprising first round TKO loss in his LEGACY! debut. Gullit was a staple as the champion in the LFC promotion, including leaving there on a 5 fight winning streak, 3 of which were title fights.

He was knocked out early by Jong Un Kim, but Kim is an amazing 17-2 in his career and won 10 straight title fights in the Imperial promotion. This time around Gullit will face an elite wrestler in Akeen Coker. Coker isn’t much of a threat to finish fights against top competition, but he still found a way to become a 2 time champion in the UNFC fight organization.

Coker is an incredibly durable fighter and has never been finished in his career, but probably hasn’t faced a fighter with the power of Rudd Gullit before. Something has to give in this fight as Gullit has only saw 1 decision in his 3 fight career, while Coker has went to 12 decisions in his 18 fight career, all of which coming since he made a drastic step up in competition.
