RECRUITMENT
Still on the market as allways scouting for future superstar, so far we manage to get a few experienced and active, managers and their fighters envolved.
We slow down on the numbers coming in , but we defenetly encrease on the quality of the fighters we bringing in.
Restrictions are the same and will be the same for a long time to come, we are a 290k+ ID mainly, but we do sign 285k+ ID fighters depending on their skill level (very developed fighters with under 290k ID will not be signed).
Our contracts are geting gradualy better , and we proud to say we reward our good fighters and managers very well.
VISION
We are an organization build from scratch ,with realy strong foundations that is why we taking our time building it layer by layer ,we are not the ideal place for very pro-active managers, we dont belive on the quick rush experience that some organizations can provide, we guarantee you and demand from you 1 fight every 30 days or so.
This way you can prepare better and get better results for your fighters , we as an organization will get better level fights .We are flexible with requests as long as they reasonable.We normaly give priority and favour 290k+ young fighters ,within better terms and conditions.
We are all about reliability , with us you going to find a stable and ressourcefull work enviroment for your fighters. We guarantee you, every time you login ,your employer is there runing as smoothley as allways.
