[The Prelims]

(Light-heavyweight Division) Darius Miles versus Dewo Banget

Round 1 – Darius Miles opened with a slap to the face of Dew Banget; the two fighters traded leg kicks before Miles clinched with Banget up against the cage. As Banget attempted to force a takedown with his back to the fence, Miles went to work with dirty boxing, snapping the head back of Banget on multiple occasions.

After breaking from the clinch, Miles landed a few kicks before clinching once more. For the next several minutes, Darius Miles dominated from inside the clinch, but would circle away and work some kick boxing in before clinching once more. At around the four minute mark, Miles cracked Banget with a head kick that dropped him, but the resilient Dewo Banget survived the round.

Round 2 – The first minute and a half of this round was a repeat of the opening five minutes; Darius Miles had a clear advantage in pure striking, but also dominated from inside the clinch, as well. About a minute and a half in, Dewo Banget finally secured the takedown that he so desperately needed to get back into this fight, but Miles immediately popped up and got back to his feet with ease.

Disheartened, Dewo Banget began to succumb to the punishment of his opponent, and Darius Miles picked up the pace, sensing that the end was near. Just as Banget seemed to finally be getting some spring back into his steps, and appeared to have recovered from the knockdown earlier, Darius Miles nailed him with a monster uppercut that sent him tumbling to the mat. As soon as Banget got back to his feet, Miles rushed forward with a series of hard punches, trapping the brown belt against the cage! Dewo Banget crumpled to the floor, and simply covered up until the referee stepped in to stop the fight.

Our analyst stated, “Out of four fights, this is the third career win via TKO for Darius Miles.”

And our color commenter responded, “I'm blown away by the performance of Darius Miles. When you see a guy get dominated like he did against Brandon Stark, there are a lot of questions about if he will ever be the same... Darius Miles looked more dominant tonight than he has in all of his past fights.”

“Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has called a stop to this contest at two minutes and thirty two seconds of round number two, declaring the winner by T-K-O: Darius “Nasty” Miles!”

Darius Miles decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

(Middleweight Division) Shuta Kurota versus CJ Saaim

Round 1 – Shuta Kurota clinched with CJ Saaim right off the bat and immediately went to work with brutal knees to the midsection of Saaim, only occasionally switching to head shots, cracking him over and over! CJ Saaim appeared to be hurt to the body, but he stayed in there, taking punishment! At around the 2:50 mark, Kurota broke the clinch and went to work with strikes, cracking Saaim ever which way.

Then, Kurota made the decision that would cost him the fight: he shot in for a takedown, landing in guard on top of CJ Saaim. The wily submission fighter reversed to the top position, and became very active in guard. Saaim attempted an arm triangle but resolved to simply hold on and recover for the remainder of the round.

Our color commenter shouted, “that was a huge mistake from Shuta Kurota; he was winnin this round in dominant fashion, but opted to go for a takedown to further secure the round. Hopefully his corner will have some words with him between rounds and tell him to keep this fight standing.”

Round 2 – Shuta Kurota seemed more than content to remain on the outside, peppering Saaim with brutal kicks to the head and body. One minute in, Kurota forced another clinch, and went to work with more brutal shots to the purple and red rib cage of CJ Saaim, who winced with every shot.

CJ Saaim is a veteran, however; despite being hurt and exhausted, he siezed the perfect opportunity, securing a big takedown into guard on top! After taking a quick breather, Saaim passed to half guard and then side control with the ease of a man that has been there nearly a dozen times already. From side control, CJ Saaim started cranking on the arm of Shuta Kurota, working on a tight Americana! Kurota had no idea how to combat the submission, and immediately tapped out!

Our analyst stated, “This is the forth submission victory for CJ Saaim, who has come in and won his Bravado debut in style.”

And our color commenter responded, “This is a big, big win for CJ Saaim! He came in, took a hellacious beating, but had enough experience in tough fights to know how to pull through. Muhammad Ali was once famously quoted as saying that it takes a man that has been defeated, has been knocked out, to know how to pull himself out of a tough spot. CJ Saaim was losing this fight handily, but he came back at the end of the second round and stole the show!”

"Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has called a stop to this contest at three minutes and twenty five seconds of round number two, declaring the winner by TAP OUT due to an Americana: CJ Saaim!"

[Undercard Bouts]

(Welterweight Division) Chris Lovelair versus Flatbush Diaz

Round 1 – Following his auspicious promotional debut at Bravado 1, Flatbush Diaz earned a certain amount of respect and notoriety among the Bravado fan base. He entered this fight as a crowd favorite against the experienced Chris Lovelair.

Diaz opened with a punching combination, but Lovelair easily avoided the shots. Lovelair responded with a combination of his own, but Flatbush was well out of range. Lovelair moved into the clinch, driving Diaz against the cage, and bashing him with a knee to the face, drawing first blood.

Chris Lovelair started going to work with knees to the body and head, visibly hurting Diaz to the body before cracking him with another knee to the face, widening the cut over his eye. Diaz had no answers for this clinch assault- he was getting rag dolled from this position! Lovelair pushed the pace, rocking Diaz with a big punch to the face! Lovelair didn't give him any time to recover, hammering him with punches and knees against the cage until the referee finally jumped in to stop the fight! Diaz's corner screamed early stoppage, but that fight was over.

Our analyst stated, “With this victory, Chris Lovelair has rebounded from his defeat at the hands of Kintarou Ooe in the Island Season 5 finale tournament.”

And our color commenter responded, “Chris Lovelair is a savage in the clinch, although he has an underrated kicking game as well. Flatbush Diaz was just pushed too quickly into this level of competition- he needs more time to improve his game, but he will be back. At eighteen years old, the sky is the limit for “Zombie” Diaz.”

“Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has called a stop to this contest at one minute forty-seven seconds of the very first round, declaring the winner by T-K-O: Chris Lovelair!”

(Light-heavyweight Division) Poohpoo Schrohtums versus Brandon Stark

Round 1 – Both of these fighters came into this bout with a wrestling background; Schrohtums was the ground and pound stylist, while Stark was a Greco-Roman practitioner. Schrohtums opened with a telegraphed takedown attempt, which Stark easily stuffed, followed by another ill-advised shoot from across the ring. As Schrohtums clambered to his feet, Brandon Stark tagged him with a looping left hand before dancing out of range again.

Schrohtums shot in for another takedown and this time, Stark cracked him with a counter-right that backed the collegiate wrestler up. After flopping another pair of double leg attempts, Schrohtums ran right into another counter-right from Stark, who was beginning to find his range just thirty seconds into this round. Stark even landed a leg kick before cracking Schrohtums with another right hand, opening a cut on the man's face.

As Schrohtums came into range, looking to dive in for another takedown, Brandon tagged him with a right hook on the side of the head! Schrohtums went down, but paid with his guard open, inviting Stark in. Brandon opted to wave his opponent back to his feet; when Schrohtums stood once more, Stark landed an overhand right reminiscent of Roy Nelson! Schrohtums (Oh, Jesus Christ, I just read that name out loud to myself for the first time. Really, man?) Schrohtums sagged to the floor and Stark cracked him with another right hand, although he unconscious!

Our analyst stated, “With this win, Brandon Stark becomes the first man in Bravado Productions history to win two consecutive bouts. He is currently in the lead as far as winning streaks are concerned!”

And our color commenter responded, “Yeah, and that opens up a whole new world as the title picture becomes more and more clear. They've established top contenders at super-heavyweight, welterweight, and middleweight. The light-heavyweight division is still a no-man's land, where anybody can rise up and claim the gold.”

“Ladies and gentlemen, our referee has called a stop to this contest at forty-seven seconds of the very first round, declaring the winner by KNOCK OUT: Brandon “The 100th Of His Name” Stark!”

(Light-heavyweight Division) Daniel St Cormier versus Jam Suckletooth

Round 1 – Daniel St Cormier opened with a beautiful double leg takedown straight into side control! Jam Suckletooth, always hard to control on the ground, immediately went to work, looking to create space and escape the position. Meanwhile, DST went to work with short range ground and pound, scoring points from the top.

Mixing moments of lay n pray with ground and pound, DST maintained the side control until Suckletooth managed to get back to his feet nearly two minutes into the round. St Cormier tagged Suckletooth with a pair of jabs; he went to throw another left hand, and ducked under the hands of Suckletooth, scoring a double leg takedown into guard!

In a much more advantageous position, Jam Suckletooth maintained wrist control, as he struggled to nullify the ground and pound. As Suckletooth began working for an armbar, the battle to control the left arm of DST ensued, and the minutes rolled by without much happening. Finally, the referee stood the fighters up.

Suckletooth flopped a takedown attempt and ate a right hand for his efforts. With some blood pouring down the left side of his face, Suckletooth shot in for a double leg, landing in the guard of St Cormier. In guard on top, Jam Suckletooth took a big, deep breath and mostly controlled until the end of the round.

Round 2 – After eating a jab, Suckletooth scored another takedown into guard, but St Cormier popped right back up to his feet. Suckletooth took an extra few seconds to get to his feet as the referee screamed at him to rise. Suckletooth took another deep breath, and DST pushed forward with an uppercut! One, two, three, Daniel St Cormier was throwing punches in bunches! Suckletooth was sparsely firing back, and never landing in retaliation!

Daniel St Cormier began bouncing on the balls of his feet, and cracking Suckletooth with crisp boxing combinations! Right hand, left hook! Suckletooth shot in for a desperation takedown and ran face first into a right hand counter from DST!

Our color commenter screamed, “Oh! He's rocked! Jam Suckletooth is hurt!”

St Cormier landed a right-left combination and Suckletooth was out on his feet, being held up by the cage at this point! DST poured on more punches against the helpless Jam Suckletooth, and the referee finally jumped in, after “The Saw” ate a few unnecessary punches at the end.

Our color commenter screamed, “Big, big win for Daniel St Cormier!”

Our analyst said, “Daniel St Cormier remains undefeated in his Bravado Productions debut!”

The color commenter responded, “Jam Suckletooth is no joke, so for Cormier to come out and look as dominant as he did tonight just shows how much potential this young man has.”

“Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has called a stop to this contest at two minutes and thirty-four seconds of the second round, declaring the winner by T-K-O: Daniel St Cormier!”

Our winner, Daniel St Cormier, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.

[Main Card]

(Middleweight Division) Brian Conrad versus Adam Holt

Round 1 – Both men walked out to the generic 80s rock music that Bravado provides to fighters that don't wish to have a unique walkout. Adam Holt, who was defeated by Marcus Browne at Bravado Productions 1, received a warm reception. On the in-house television screen, highlights of his brawl against Browne played, to the approval of the audience.

Holt opened with a jab to the body, followed by a one-two combination that earned the crowd's reaction. Holt rushed forward with another punching combination, but Conrad darted out of range quickly. After landing with a lead right, Holt connected with a left hook as well.

Brian Conrad shot in, going for his first takedown attempt of the night, and he landed it. From Guard, Conrad was content to control the position for the moment, and Holt began slapping him in the face over and over with his right hand. Conrad rolled for a leg lock! Holt reversed into guard on top and immediately jumped up to his feet!

Holt went to work once more with the boxing, tagging Conrad with nearly every punch that he threw, and Brian Conrad seemed to either be concentrating really hard, or else be completely stumped as to overcome this obstacle. Holt cracked Conrad with a few jabs, and Conrad darted in, clinching with the big man against the cage.

Conrad attempted to throw Holt to the ground, but failed to do so. Holt finally broke free of the clinch and went for a sloppy head kick. Brian Conrad caught the leg and pushed Holt to the ground once more. Holt immediately jumped back to his feet and clinched.

The two men took turns trading who was initiating and breaking the clinch for the next few minutes, with Conrad working feverishly for a takedown that wouldn't come. With three minutes left in the round, Conrad's game plan flew out the window, and he began throwing sloppy punches at the giant Adam Holt, who was happy to oblige him in a boxing match for his ego. 3:50 in, Holt landed a jab followed by a left hook to the body!

Our color commenter jumped up and screamed wildly, “He's hurt! Conrad's hurt!”

Brian Conrad backed up against the cage, trying to protect himself from the incoming blows, and Holt started mixing it up, cracking him to the face and body at will! Holt pushed the pace, landing more punches against the cage until the referee stopped the fight!

The color commenter stated simply, “Welcome to the top ten, Adam Holt.”

“Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has called a stop to this contest at four minutes eighteen seconds of the very first round, declaring the winner by T-K-O: Adam “Tower” Holt!”

Adam Holt thanked the fans post fight for their support.

(Middleweight Division) BJ Penn versus Nofurgay Jesus

Round 1 – Nofurgay Jesus walked out to The Alan Parsons Project's song Sirius, while BJ Penn came out to the generic ring music.

After a touch of gloves, this fight got underway, with BJ Penn opening up by trying to clinch right away. Jesus avoided the attempt with ease and stayed on the outside. Penn seemed to be trying nothing but clinch attempts- not even trying to strike at all- and Jesus made him pay with a right hand down the middle.

Penn staggered back from that strike, and Jesus darted in with a double leg takedown into guard. This was big trouble for Penn, who was not known for his wrestling ability. Penn tried to sweep, and Jesus began elbowing him in the face again and again. Jesus postured up and started working heavy ground and pound! Penn seemed to be stunned from a big elbow that cracked him on the temple!

Nofurgay passed into half guard and kept up with his assault, tagging Penn at will! The referee took a good, long look before pulling Jesus off of Penn, stopping the fight!

Our analyst stated, “Nofurgay can do it all- punches, wrestling, ground and pound!”

And our color commenter responded, “BJ Penn might be one of the best fighter in currently fighting for Bravado Productions that has not secured a victory within two attempts. While that isn't a moniker that you would want attached to your name, it's really a testament to how talented the middleweight division has gotten, that BJ Penn can't secure a win yet.”

“Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has called a stop to this contest at one minute thirty-five seconds of round number one, declaring the winner by T-K-O: Nofurgay Jesus!”

An out of breath Nofurgay Jesus thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.

(Heavyweight Division) Rancho Wildslap versus Mickey Darmody

Round 1 – Rancho Wildslap walked out to his signature entrance music: the Rawhide theme song. After his successful submission over Teofilo Silva, the fans in attendance were expecting big things from Wildslap in this fight.

Darmody struck first, landing a looping right hand, before missing with a combination of strikes. Wildslap took the opportunity, shoving Darmody to the ground, and landing in guard. Wildslap easily passed into half guard, and seemed content to remain there. Darmody was offering little offense from his back, so the fans began to grow restless. Other than an arm triangle choke that went nowhere, Rancho Wildslap did little with his dominant position, and the fans showed their displeasure through a smattering of boos.

Round 2 – Mickey Darmody opened with a jab that was blocked, and a body kick that was caught. Wildslap pushed Darmody against the cage, still holding the leg. Wildslap held onto that leg, and Darmody bounced on one foot, struggling to remain upright. Wildslap pushed forward, securing the single leg takedown into guard.

Wildslap once again passed effortlessly into half guard before moving into full mount... and then held on for the better part of the round. At around 4:45, the frustration of Darmody cost him his positioning- he pushed to escape, and Wildslap quickly took his back! Darmody went for a rear naked choke with seconds left in the round, but Darmody defended well. Another round goes to Rancho Wildslap.

Round 3 – Darmody opened with a jab and stuffed a double leg attempt from Wildslap. Darmody stuffed another takedown attempt, but was brought to the ground on the third try. Wildslap landed in half guard, where he was once again content to lay and pray for the majority of the round. Wildslap passed into full mount. Finally, with just over a minute left on the clock, Rancho Wildslap took Darmody's back and locked in a rear naked choke.

Unfortunately, our commenters stepped out for a cup of coffee midway through the second round, so their commentary will be missed on this one.

“Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has called a stop to this contest at three minutes and fifty-six seconds of the third round, declaring the winner by submission due to a rear naked choke: Rancho “Boogie” Wildslap!”

After winning the bout, Rancho Wildslap thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

[Co-Main Event]

“...this is the co-main event of the evening! This fight is brought to you by Bet-X [TG].

Introducing first: Fighting of the RED corner... this man is a boxer with a professional MMA record of eight wins and five losses. Standing six feet, five inches tall, and weighing in at two hundred and ninety-six pounds. Fighting out of Las Vegas, Nevada, by way of Cleveland, Ohio, the number five ranked super-heavyweight fighter, the heavy handed... Droppa Cleveland!

Fighting out of the BLUE corner... this man is a boxer and a Jiu-Jitsu fighter with a record of eight wins and five losses. Standing six feet, four inches tall, and weighing in at two hundred and seventy pounds. Fighting out of Las Vegas, Nevada, by way of St Louis, Missouri: Andrei Gonzales!”

(Super-heavyweight Division) Droppa Cleveland versus Andrei Gonzales

Round 1 – The intensity in the cage is electric as the two big men face off for the first time since the weigh-ins. Andrei Gonzales was adamant throughout all of the pre-fight press material that his well rounded experience makes him a much higher caliber of fighter than Droppa. Droppa has contended that his raw power will be enough to get the win on this occasion.

Gonzales came out swinging, landing a big left hand that snapped back the head of Cleveland, who came rushing forward with a wild sequence of punches; Gonzales did a great job of avoiding the shots, and tying Cleveland up against the cage. Gonzales started working for the single leg takedown, but Cleveland showcased his improved takedown defense in these early goings.

Gonzales landed a short right hand before pushing away from the clinch. Andrei was working the jab, keeping Cleveland at bay, and Cleveland was having a lot of trouble getting inside despite being the rangier fighter. Out of nowhere, Andrei shot in for a double leg takedown, which he secured, landing in half guard. Cleveland notably had a lot of trouble once Hollyfield Gomes took him down- Gomes actually submitted him from inside the guard, rolling for a kneebar.

Gonzales started working short ground and pound, keeping Cleveland from getting comfortable down there. Gonzales seemed to be working for an arm triangle, but Cleveland defended well... Gonzales mounted! Andrei Gonzales postured up from the mounted position and started dropping bombs on Droppa Cleveland, hammering him with punches and elbows! At around the 2:20 mark, Gonzales seemed to rock Cleveland with a shot, and he squeezed on a top side guillotine, which Cleveland defended well.

Gonzales pushed the pace, landing brutal shots from above before going back for that guillotine again! Cleveland rolled, tried to get to his feet, but Gonzales rolled with him and took his back! Andrei Gonzales had both hooks in and was fighting the hands, trying to sneak an arm under the chin of Droppa Cleveland! He got it, and Cleveland immediately tapped out!

Our analyst stated, “This is the third submission victory for Andrei Gonzales; this is the second time that Droppa Cleveland has been submitted in his career.”

And our color commenter responded, “Yeah, and both of those submission losses have come within Bravado Productions. The way the matchmaking works here is that the owners try to match up strikers against grapplers... a guy like Droppa Cleveland has always gotten along because of his tremendous punching power, but he's now facing serious competition that knows how to wrestle.”

“Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has called a stop to this contest at three minutes and thirty-five seconds of the opening round, declaring the winner by TAP OUT due to a rear naked choke: Andrei Gonzales!”

[Main Event]

“...this is the main event of the evening! This bout is brought to you by Kore Fight Nutrition and Bet-X [TG].

Introducing first, the man standing to my left: fighting out of the RED corner... this man is a Muay Thai fighter with a professional record of six wins and NO losses. Standing six feet, two inches tall, and weighing in at one hundred and eighty-five pounds. Fighting out of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, the number one ranked middleweight fighter: Reuben “Agent Orange” Kincaid!

Introducing the man standing to my right: fighting out of the BLUE corner... this man is a boxer with a professional record of nine wins and two losses. Standing five feet, ten inches tall, and weighing in at one hundred and eighty-five pounds. Fighting out of Las Vegas, Nevada, by way of Chicago, Illinois, the number three ranked middleweight fighter: Marcus Browne!”

(Middleweight Division) Reuben Kincaid versus Marcus Browne

Round 1 – The number one Bravado middleweight opened with a slapping leg kick before clinching with Browne against the cage. Browne missed with a monster uppercut, and Kincaid put his upper body wrestling chops fully on display. Kincaid easily controlled Browne against the cage before he started throwing knees to the midsection; Browne was doing a good job of blocking and avoiding most of the shots, and fired back with some uppercuts to the body. Kincaid attempted some more knees, and Browne fired back with a shoulder strike and an uppercut. Kincaid landed a big left hand, then a right hand. Two minutes into the round, the pace of Browne seemed to slow a bit, and the relentless pace of Kincaid seemed to increase if anything.

Kincaid landed a beautiful slicing elbow that opened a cut on the forehead of Browne, and Browne responded with another uppercut. The round came to a close with both fighters landing brutal shots against the cage, although the edge certainly went to Kincaid, who had done some visible damage to the face of Browne.

Round 2 – Kincaid opened with a punching combination that missed and took a jab for his troubles. Kincaid landed a smacking leg kick, and Browne responded with a right hand down the middle, busting the nose of Kincaid a bit. Kincaid appeared to be much more light-footed in this round, bouncing around on the outside with Browne stalking from the center of the cage.

Kincaid attempted four or five consecutive shots, but only landed one or two of them. Kincaid clinched up with Browne, and went to work with more punches and elbows. Kincaid landed a few hard knees to the midsection of Browne, who seemed to be hurt to the body! Browne stopped punching, and Kincaid picked up the pace, sensing the finish was near! Kincaid landed a big elbow that rocked Browne! Marcus Browne has a ton of heart though- we saw it in the Holt fight, and we saw it again here, as Browne quickly recovered his waits and started firing back.

Fatigue quickly took hold of Browne, who was genuinely trying to stay in this fight, but just couldn't match the pace of Kincaid in the clinch. Kincaid created some distance and lande a big left hook that dropped Browne to the floor! Kincaid followed him to the ground, landing in half guard, and started working ground and pound! Kincaid postured up and started landing big elbows, a la Jon Jones! Browne was hurt badly and trying to survive the round, but the referee finally stepped in to stop the fight. Browne protested, briefly, but returned to his corner men with his head down.

Our analyst stated, “With this victory, Reuben Kincaid has remained undefeated, and has maintained his rank of being the number one ranked middleweight fighter. Reuben Kincaid will next face Inferno Pandaa for the inaugural Middleweight Championship of the World.”

And our color commenter responded, “That's a crazy match-up, man; Inferno Pandaa has some solid Muay Thai skills, and might be better than Kincaid in the clinch. Inferno has dangerous knees from the clinch and great takedown defense as well, but Reuben Kincaid is just a dangerous, dangerous man.”

“Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has called a stop to this contest at four minutes and twenty-five seconds of the second round, declaring the winner by T-K-O: Reuben “Agent Orange” Kincaid!”
