[The Prelims]

(Heavyweight Division) Pickles McGillicutty versus Martin Biron

Round 1 – Martin Biron came out looking to wrestle immediately, spamming out takedown after takedown, but the takedown defense of McGillicutty kept him upright for the first minute.

However, about that time, Biron brought the fight to the ground, landing in guard on top. Biron rolled for a leg lock, and McGillicutty rolled to guard on top! Biron threatened with submissions from the bottom, but McGillicutty began dropping brutal ground and pound from above, rocking Biron.

McGillicutty rolled to his feet and began teeing off on the face of Biron with punches immediately when he stood. Biron went down, out cold from the savage flurry of blows.

Pickles McGillicutty def. Martin Biron via KO (Punches) at 2:20 of round 1.

(Middleweight Division) Michael Henley versus Frank Miller

Round 1 – Miller shot in for a pair of takedowns immediately, and Henley clinched with Miller against the cage... then broke the clinch, then clinched again. Miller attempted a takedown against the cage, so Henley pushed off and circled to the middle of the cage. Henley started landing punches as Miller desperately fought for a takedown; one minute in, Miller landed a takedown into guard. Miller began to lay and pray, while working for a couple of submissions per minute, but mostly held on to control the round.

Round 2 – Miller began working for takedowns as soon as the round began, but Henley was able to stay upright for this round. Frank Miller was at a loss on the feet, simply shooting for takedown after takedown, quickly exhausting himself with seven minutes left in the fight. Henley cracked Miller with a right hand and Miller almost went down. Miller managed to stay on his feet and survive the round, but he quickly resumed his fruitless search for a takedown.

Round 3 – Henley clinched immediately in this round, and unlike prior rounds, he remained in the clinch for several minutes.

Miller attempted a takedown, and the two reset in the middle of the ring. Michael Henley pushed the pace, looking for the finish; Miller is a tough opponent to put down, however, and he stayed in there. Miller's hunt for the takedown dramatically slowed in this round, as he slowly became a punching bag for Henley. Michael Henley def. Frank Miller via unanimous decision (30-26, 30-26, 30-26).

[The Undercard]

(Middleweight Division) Luiz Gustavo versus Willie Glee

Round 1 – Willie Glee dominated this fight for as long as it lasted by playing a little sprawl and brawl, wanting none of the ground game of Luiz Gustavo. Gustavo barely attempted anything, as the pressure of Glee kept him back pedaling.

Glee cracked Gustavo with a big right hand, and finished him with a flurry of strikes against the cage! Willie Glee became the first person to finish Luiz Gustavo in professional combat. Willie Glee def. Luiz Gustavo via TKO (Strikes) at 2:36 of round 1.

(Middleweight Division) Kor Jameson versus Tom The Brit

Round 1 – Tom The Brit came out swinging wildly, throwing looping combinations that were, for the most part, missing. Kor Jameson displayed his technical dominance, slipping punches from The Brit and landing with beautiful counter-shots.

Shots to the body of The Brit noticeably hurt him, and Kor Jameson ended this round in a tremendous position of dominance.

Round 2 – Kor Jameson picked up where he left off, hammering The Brit with crisp punches, using foot movement to stay out of range of incoming fire. Jameson clinched with The Brit, and hammered him with shots against the cage. Despite the advantage he had in this position, The Brit broke free from the clinch; Jameson cracked The Brit with punches in bunches, rocking him badly.

The Brit, clearly hurt and exhausted, was failing to fight back by the two minute mark of the second round. Jameson cracked The Brit with an uppercut, a right hand, and then finished with punches on the ground as The Brit wilted under the storm. Kor Jameson def. Tom The Brit via TKO (Strikes) at 2:25 of round 2.

(Light-heavyweight Division) Samu Paelinck versus Brandon Stark

Round 1 – Brandon Stark opened with a leg kick and Paelinck responded with a leg kick of his own. At the one minute mark, Stark broke free from the clinch, to the applause of the fans, and both men landed some single shots on each other.

Paelinck clinched, landed some punches, and then broke the clinch. After another pair of punching exchanges saw Stark getting the upper hand, Paelinck clinched once again; this time, Stark broke the clinch. Paelinck shot in for a takedown, attempted to clinch, but Stark stayed out of range, working a counter-right to stay out of trouble. Paelinck clinched, attempted some punches, broke the clinch, then immediately clinched again. Stark was getting the better of the exchanges against the cage, and then Stark broke the clinch.

The remainder of the round saw both men landing some shots, but Stark seemed to be picking up steam in a big way as the round progressed.

Round 2 - Paelinckate a right hand, then a leg kick, prompting him to clinch. After an even clinching exchange, Stark broke free and circled away. Paelinck clinched, cracking Stark with an elbow, busting him open. Paelinck was getting the better of the exchanges inside the clinch this time, and Stark broke free once again. Paelinck seemed to get his second wind, but Stark came back strong, landing right hands to get back inside.

Round 3 - Paelinck knew he needed to stop Stark in this round to win the fight, and so he pushed forward. Stark was unwilling to let go of his lead, and fired back aggressively, staying in Paelinck's face. Paelinck clinched, and Stark broke free immediately, landing punches. Paelinck came back with a left hook, but Stark cracked him with a right hand to the body.

Paelinck attempted to clinch, but Stark cracked him with a right, then a left. Paelinck was hurt from the sequence of punches, but he stayed on his feet.

Stark picked up the pace at the three minute mark, looking to put Paelinck away with punches to the head and body, backing Paelinck against the cage with constant forward pressure. Paelinck clinched, attempting to slow the pace of the fight; Paelinck attempted a single leg takedown, and our fighters reset in the center of the cage. Both fighters were landing strikes as the round came to a close. Brandon Stark def. Samu Paelinck via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).

[The Main Card]

(Heavyweight Division) Mario Scevola versus Aaron Lee

Round 1 – Scevola opened with wild punching combinations, and Lee fired back with jabs; neither fighter was landing. Lee finally landed with a jab, but Scevola seemed to be doing a fine job avoiding most of Lee's attacks. Lee began landing with impunity, but around the one minute mark, Scevola landed a one-two combination that sent Lee spiraling to the floor! Lee got to his feet with blood pouring down his feet, but his striking output dropped to nearly nothing, as Mario Scevola came to life.

Several minutes passed, with Scevola pouring more and more strikes. Near the end of the round, Scevola cracked Lee with a jab, then a cross, then a jab... Scevola was pouring on more and more punches, and Lee was noticeably hurt! Lee went down, and Scevola hit him with two more shots before the referee stopped the bout. Mario Scevola def. Round 1 – Chip Chocolate wanted to clinch immediately, and Robert Diggs slipped to the side, landing a right cross on his way out. Chip Chocolate wiped away the blood and followed in hot pursuit. Diggs attempted a lunging shot to the body, but Chocolate slapped the hand away, landing a right on the button instead. Diggs landed a right hand, and Chocolate returned to attempting to clinch.

As the next few minutes passed, the nose of Chip Chocolate was getting more and more battered. Near the four minute mark, Diggs cracked Chocolate with a right cross, badly rocking Chocolate. Diggs pushed forward with more punches, dropping Chocolate with another right hand; Diggs finished with more punches. Robert Diggs def. Chip Chocolate via TKO (Strikes) at 4:24 of round 1.

Round 1 – Hyman Krustofski opened with a jab, followed by an overhand right that narrowly missed cracking Browne on the button. Marcus Browne fired back with a jab, followed by a body shot. Browne landed more punches, and Krustofski cracked him with an overhand left! A wild slugfest ensued, with both men landing punches in the center of the cage. Browne landed a body shot, then a right hand, and Krustofski responded with a big left hand! Browne was out cold with the cage holding him up! Gonzales rolled for a topside guillotine again, then switched to the kimura and Singh tapped out. Andrei Gonzales def. Azadshatru Singh via Submission (Kimura) at 1:35 of round 1.

We've had some updates to the top ten rankings:

Note: The "top ten ranking" system is not meant to denote the order that contenders will fight for the championship. This is merely a method of recognizing the in-house accomplishments that our fighters earn. We do, however, have a top contender list for most weight classes, so if you are curious about where your fighter stands in relation to the title, feel free to shoot me a private message.

Champion: Reuben Kincaid (3-0)

Next Fight: Raine Lovelair

History: Despite being known for his Muay Thai prowess, Reuben Kincaid first appeared on the scene when he competed in the 9th installment of the TWGC grappling tournament. Finding little success there, Reuben set his sights on professional mixed martial arts. Tearing his way through the rankings of the Vale Tudo Fight Club, Reuben was distraught when the company closed its doors. Luckily, Reuben was immediately approached by Bravado Productions, where he has proven himself to be one of the greatest middleweights of the modern era.

Reuben made his promotional debut at Bravado 1, where he knocked out BJ Penn in the co-main event. A second round stoppage over Marcus Browne at Bravado 5 established Reuben as the inarguable top contender for the inaugural championship. At Bravado 8, Reuben Kincaid established himself on the global stage when he knocked out Inferno Pandaa in the opening round, ending Pandaa's five fight winning streak to become the undisputed, undefeated middleweight champion.

Super-heavyweight – 265+ lbs

Champion: Tarton McFukur (3-0)

Next Fight: James Bland

History: The mouth of the super-heavyweight division, Tarton McFukur is the president of his own fan club. He came in to the Bravado Productions super-heavyweight division talking a big game, with big demands during the initial negotiations; it was believed that he would talk himself into a position in which humiliation was the only possible outcome. However, Tarton has proven himself to be an elite mixed martial artist time and again.

First, Tarton displayed the ability to adapt to various facets of a fight when he knocked out Jacob Frost on the feet during the opening round of the QFC tournament. Within Bravado Productions, Tarton has walked the walk and talked the talk; submission victories over Jack Johnson and Maple Heartoway have pushed his credibility to new heights, but it wasn't until he defeated Hollyfield Gomes to win the super-heavyweight championship that his stock went through the roof.

1 – Jerome Bland (2-0)

2 – Jack Johnson (1-1)

3 – Andrei Gonzales (2-0) +

4 – Brutus Beefcake (1-0)

5 – JR Writer (1-0)

6 – Hollyfield Gomes (2-1)

7 – Jimmy Valmer (1-1)

8 – Benjamin Baller (1-0)

9 – Calvin Jones (0-1)

10 – Maple Heartoway (0-1)

As you may be able to ascertain from viewing our top ten rankings, simply fighting is enough to get placed within the "top ten", as the public rankings does not register any fighters that have yet to compete within the company. This is why Mark Wahlberg is one of the top heavyweights in the history of the company, but has yet to be placed on this list.
