Interview with "Captain America" Steve Rogers

Fighter profile of Gildarts Clive by

Ladies and Gentleman, today we will be sitting down with one of the best if not the best big man in 4 Kings Amsterdam, none other that the 4 King's HW tournament finalist "Captain America" Steve Rogers!

Interviewer: It is an honor to have you here, Mr. Rogers.

Rogers: Thanks man, its also an honor to get invited here. though, i think that your introduction is quite wrong, honestly. im the best HW in 4 Kings. period. no need for that "one of the best" and shit like that.

Interviewer: Im sorry, Mr. Rogers. i just thought that since you are still not the champ, and there are hell of a lot tough heavyweights in 4 Kings, its difficult to determine who is the best, really.

Rogers: Haha, Im just joking, man. i have huge respect for the big guys out there, especially the reigning champ. and i gotta agree with you there, the competition is really fierce at HW division,in fact that's one of the reasons why i joined this org, besides having the classiest org owner in Mr. Dee Early. *ahem(hoping to get a nice under the table bonus from Mr. Dee)

Interviewer: Your previous fight was no doubt the toughest fight in your career so far, against the hard hitting Ricardo Leroix. can you give us your thoughts on that fight?

Rogers: I thought that it would be fireworks for sure, with 2 top contenders facing off against each other. that matchup is very interesting since its a classic stand up battle between a muay thai fighter and a boxer. he came out very aggressive, looking to put the pressure on me. however, that gave me the chance to pick my shots carefully and wear him down with some brutal leg and body kicks. late in the first round, i noticed that he is already exhausted and i started to pick up my pace. then, just seconds before the 1st round ended, i saw an opening and landed a combination which knocks him unconscious. there, job done.

Interviewer: Your next fight is for the title and also for the finals of the HW tourney against the reigning champ, Carlos Quintana. can you tell us about that upcoming fight?

Rogers: Carlos Quintana, man. that guy is a serious threat to me honestly. undefeated, with all wins coming via stoppages. like i said earlier i have a huge respect for that guy. but he is in my way of being the champ and winning the tournament so i think i need to put an end to that undefeated win streak, via KO by anything that lands to his chin.

Interviewer: Im sure Carlos Quintana would be watching this. ohh, looks like we are already running out of time, any last remarks Mr. Rogers?

Rogers: I would like to thank my manager Big Boss for hiring me since being a free agent. i was on the verge of going on a vacation to Bahamas but he saw my potential and hired me. to Dee Early for signing me to 4 Kings and taking good care of me, even letting me ride his private jet on my fights! and i would also like to thank all of my previous opponents who i KTFO'ed out, sorry for the beating i have given to all of you, its just part of my job.

Interviewer: Thanks for your time Mr. Rogers and we here hope to have you again with the championship belt!
