 As the forum took a look at the declining interest of the game, fingers were pointed but the truth of the matter is that there is not one person to blame. If you want this game to rebuild itself into the game that we all want it to be, than we all need to take responsibility and chip in where we can. We do not need to take on this daunting task by ourselves but if we all do our part - no matter how small - we can make this game great again.
GAMMA#627 Sito v Barbossa – April 15
155 title - Robert Sito (c) Vs Geoffrey Barbossa
Like a true swashbuckler, Geoffrey Barbossa used his wit to climb his way to the top of the ship and the view from the crow’s nest tickled his fancy as he did not feel like stepping down for captain Robert Sito. In a technical tit for tat fight, reminiscent of a sword fight, they both traded shots and the fight went back and forth but neither was able to leave their mark. The judges gave the fight to the challenger in a controversial decision that left everybody screaming for a rematch. The mutiny was a success and the Tortugan native took hold of the helm but he was steering the ship towards dangerous waters and before the old captain had to walk the plank, he was called back on deck for a rematch!
Winner: Geoffrey Barbossa by majority decision.
265+ title - Gerbert Bryant (c) Vs Ottis Toole
Five years the elder, Ottis Toole showed no interest whatsoever in standing with the champion. Instead the challenger took the "President" Gerbert Bryant down to the ground. But the challenger was in for a surprise as the president was in complete control as he ran a ruthless ground and pound campaign that got him all the votes from the swing states and gave him another landslide victory. A vicious left hand knocked the challenger down in the second round and a perfectly timed hammer fist left no room for debate as the president is not looking to step down any time soon from his first term as the GAMMA superheavyweight champion of the world.

GAMMA#628 Volkov v Kelley – April 15
170 Superfight - Ilya Mstislav Volkov (GAMMA) Vs Liam Kelley (Aggressive Damage)
The Aggressive Damage welterweight champion didn’t know what hit him as GAMMA’s own Ilya Mstislav Volkov simply ran through the foreign invader. Even a few clinch breaks couldn’t stop the Russian machine on his path of destruction. Liam Kelley argued with the referee after the fight was stopped, but the referee and the fans had seen enough. There was no argument there as that was a perfect stoppage from the referee.
Winner: Ilya Mstislav Volkov by TKO (strikes) after 3 minutes and 28 seconds in the first round.
Supernova VII – April 21
135 superfight - Kantaro Hoshino (Synchronicity) Vs Underestimated Dillashaw Junior (GAMMA)
Synchronicity hosted another Supernova event, where they bring together the best they have to offer and more. On this historic event, a GAMMA representative could be found on the card: the GAMMA bantamweight champion, always underestimated and never duplicated, the underdog turned overdog, Underestimated Dillashaw Junior!
The Synchronicity bantamweight champion is a boxer through and through but during this fight he threw technique out of the window as he was throwing bombs, hitting air quite often as he looked to test the chin of Underestimated Dillashaw Junior. Dillashaw Junior on the other hand was calm and collected and used his technique to outscore Synchronicity’s own Hoshino with a variety of strikes both from the inside and outside of the clinch. The judges had a tough time scoring this one as Hoshino did everything he could to end the fight as he was working with a great sense of urgency that had the fans rallying behind him every step of the way while Underestimated Dillashaw Junior clearly outworked him. This lead to the fight being called a very controversial draw that warranted an immediate rematch.
Winner: Nobody as the fight was ruled a draw.
GAMMA#629 Defoe v LeBlanc – April 22
205 title - Menace Defoe (c) Vs Claude LeBlanc
Coming from a shocking loss in devastating fashion against Michael "Machine Gun" D Amato, facing man on a mission Claude "The Tank" LeBlanc for the title and with new number one contender Divock "Belgian Beast" Origi breathing down his neck as he was in attendance, the pressure was on for the light heavyweight champion Menace Defoe. Menace Defoe did not let it show though as the fans bore witness to a champion being reborn. Constantly on the move and always dangerous, the bobbing and weaving of the champion made him a hard target and his strikes were thrown with velocity and ferocity. The challenger looked like he brought a knife to a gunfight as the champion was in complete control from start to finish.
Winner: Menace Defoe by TKO (strikes) after 4 minutes and 56 seconds in the third round.
GAMMA#630 Belliveau v Rokicki – April 29
185 title - Steve Belliveau (c) Vs Piotr Rokicki
Former champion Piotr "Rocky" Rokicki wanted his belt back and facing the man who once took the belt from him, he looked ready to prove how much he’s learned from their first encounter. Rokicki put the pressure on the champion and clearly won the first two rounds but you should never underestimate the heart of a champion as Belliveau came back with a vengeance and knocked the challenger out after a very hard fought fight.
Winner: Steve Belliveau by KO (punch) after 4 minutes and 7 seconds in the fourth round.
GAMMA#631 Gunnar v Torres 3 – April 29
155 title - Geoffrey Barbossa (c) Vs Robert Sito
After a successful mutiny, the new captain of the lightweight division Geoffrey Barbossa found out the hard way that the past has a tendency to come back to haunt you. Barbossa had no intention to surrender his title without a fight as he gave no quarter and hauled wind from the start, winning the first round. But as his hearties cheered for him, the former champion Robert Sito gave him a black spot parting gift as he had a clear desire to keelhaul the scallywag that plundered his treasure. Robert Sito released the kraken and made Barbossa walk the plank as he knocked the champion out with a nasty hook that sent him to Davy Jones’ Locker.
Winner: Robert Sito by KO (punch) after 4 minutes and 57 seconds in the second round.
265 title - Gunnar Steigelmann (c) Vs Luis Torres
A blast from the past, Luis "El Caliente" Torres rose back to the top after difficult times struck him hard and he has come back to settle the score with champion Gunnar Steigelmann to end their trilogy. Steigelmann took a brutal yet casual approach to the fight as every strike he threw, was thrown with malice and brute force. But when the challenger went down he simply laid down on top of his opponent, staying in control while giving his foe some time to recover. The trilogy ended with a total score of 2-1 for the champion.
Winner: Gunnar Steigelmann by TKO (strikes) after 21 seconds in the second round.
