Hello Readers.

This interview is brought to you by freelancer Hunter Thompson. Today im sitting down talking to the new and hopefully upcoming fighter Stefan "The Snake" Stefansson, He insisted on meeting at the gym he calls his second home "Tayne's 4d3d3d3 Gym" as he is prepearing for his first fight in just a few days. First thing i notice is that this is a guy full of confidence and that he seems very calm. Thompson: Thanks for letting me have this little talk. Ii understand you will have your first fight very soon? Stefansson: No problem. Yea its my first fight. My first win in what will become a long streak of wins. Thompson: You seems to have alot of confidence. How come? Stefansson: i lways have had that. I know that i can achive anything i set my mind on as long as i work hard and stay focused. Thompson: Tell me abour yourself. Where are you from and how come you started with MMA? Stefansson: Im born in a small town in the middle of Sweden but we moved to Stockholm when i was still very young. I started martial arts, Judo, when i was 7 years old but i moved on to karate, kung fu and other stuff. I found MMA a few years ago abd realized this is what i want to do. Thompson: Judo you say? Are you a ground based fighter? Stefansson: I would say im an allround fighter. Im good at the ground for sure, but i can stand a bang with anyone. Thompson: Why did you try MMA? Stefansson: Like most young people that strt MMA in Sweden today i knew about "The Mauler" and i wanted to try and be like him. Thompson: Will you become like him? Stefansson: No. I will become, and allready are, my own fighter with my own style. He was a great inspiration but i realized i needeed to find how i am and not become a copy of someone else. Thompson: What does the future hold for you? Stefansson: Well, i have my first fight in just a few hours. After i have had my hand raised i will go back and train hard for a while and then im looking for a contract at some good Organisation. Im happy to start in a small Org become the champ and defend a few times to get experiance before moving on to the big shows. The long term goal is to be the best in the world. Thompson: will you become the best in the world? Stefansson: Yes. Yes i will. Not right away, but one day i will be number one. Thompson: Can you predict your upcoming fight? You meet a guy that has won one fight abd lost one. Stefansson: Sadly for him its going to be two losses after this. Thompson: Prediction? Stefansson: TKO, secound round by ground and pound. Thompson: Thanks for this talk and i wish you good luck inte future. I might come back to you in a few years and see how things has panned out for you. Stefansson: No problem. Yea do that and i might let you try and wear my belt. I also want to say im very greatful to "Sin City Allstars". They are the nutrition company that has made it possible for me to move to Las Vegas and train full time with some of the best guys in the world. Thats it for now.
