 IMMA 77: 155 ASS BEATER RD5

Main Event - Heavyweight Title! - Mitchell Stehling vs Matt Dammon

The current 265 pound title holder, Mitchell "Alfauros" Stehling is ready for war. he is currently riding a 7 fight winning streak. His IMMA highlights include two wins over former lightweight title holder Aleksi Borga, Jack Tripper, and Klas Micropop. Before his last fight, people were starting to question his finishing ability. Two 5 rounders back-to-back can have that effect on people. That was before the outstanding first round knockout of Jack Tripper. This man has already proven himself. Top 5 in his division. Top 20 Pound-for-Pound. Now the only thing left is to get that number one spot.

A rare phenominom Matt Dammon is. He holds 17 wins in 17 appearances. 15 of those victories are by knockout. This guy is a world class boxer, is a great wrestler, and has cardio for days. Oh, and did I mention he's got dynamite in his hands? I mean talk about having a puncher's chance. This guy has ten of those, but only needs one. He's got 11 first round finishes, with 9 fights ending before the 2 minute mark. All I gotta say is watch your head against him.

Prediction: Matt Dammon is a beast on the feet and Mitchell has been caught with a few punches before, with 7 of his 9 losses being by knockout. With that said, I believe Stehling can take things down to the ground and use that aspect of his game to take it by TKO or SUB. Stehling by RD3 TKO.

Co-Main Event - Lightweight - "The Plainfield Ghoul" Ed Gein (15-3) vs Darius Parker (27-14)

With 14 knockouts of 15 wins, Ed Gein means business. Ed's introduction to the IMMA light weights was not plesant, with it ending in a decision against him. After that he rebounded with a 3 fight KO streak, including the likes of Dan Hardly and Bruce Lee.

Darius can compare with 19 knockouts in 27 victories. His IMMA life has not gone well, losing all 4 of his appearances, with 3 of those being by decision. This will motivate him to push onward and get back to his winning ways, like the 8 fight winning streak he had before entering the org.

Prediction: Both guys just need 1 punch to land to get the win. But I think that of the two of them, Gein has the better chin. Gein by RD2 TKO.

Lightweight - Aiden "Not related to Bill" ORielly (27-11-1) vs Boris "Sensi" Cekada (31-9-1)

In his run of the 155 series, Aiden has his sole victory over Darius Parker. With that said, he came into IMMA riding a 9 fight winning streak. He has put on spectacular performances against them all, and looks for more of the same.

Boris has had the opposite run, with 3-1 IMMA record. His only loss has been to Bruce Lee. That was his only loss in his last 11 fighs. He's looking to continue his success against an opponent down on his luck.

Prediction: Aiden has a much better chance at getting a knockout. But Cekada can certainly get the submission, with 9 submission victories to his name. Cekada by RD3 SUB.

Lightweight - Dan "Left Hook" Hardly (24-13) vs "The Dragon" Bruce Lee (26-10-1)

In his IMMA performances, Dan Hardly is 2-2. All of those fights ended in knockout. In fact 16 of his 24 victories have been by knockout. When he walks into the cage, you can bank on a knockout going down tonight.

3-1 in his IMMA run, Bruce Lee is doing just fine. As mentioned earlier, his sole loss was to Ed Gein. All of his other fights have been decision victories, but don't let that fool you. He hass 15 KO victories to his name.

Prediction: Knockout. For who, we'll have to wait and see. My money's on Lee. Lee by RD1 KO.

Lightweight - Michael "Nuts of Wonder" Patton (21-6) vs Rolando Garcia (25-11-2)

He must be proud of his flawless IMMA run. 4 fights. 4 victories. 2 were by knockout. Including those, he is riding an 8 fight winning streak. His punches are fast and strong, but his kicks can be just as devasting.

1-3, this submission specialist has not been recieved well in IMMA. He is certainly a submission specialist with 12 submissions to his name. His last one was against Viktor Kowalczyk. And a beautiful triangle choke that was.

Prediction: Patton needs to watch out for the ground game of Garcia. I think he can keep it standing. Patton by UD.
