Sucker Punch Pro Series 42 - Event Review

Event Review: Sucker Punch Pro Series 42
Sucker Punch Pro Series
2021-02-20, Sydney, Hard Knocks - Sydney
Attendance:3,000, Event Rating:196
Author:Hare Rumpler

Hello again Sucker Punch fans!  I’m Hare Rumpler and I’ll be joined here in the booth by my pal and analyst Donkey “Dan” and I can’t tell everybody how thrilled I was with the results from SPPS 42!  We had an exciting night over at Hard Knocks – Sydney a couple of days ago and it turned into one of, if not THE, highest rated event we’ve had to date!  That’s amazing as we didn’t stack the card with a bunch of title fights or anything like that!  Nope, instead our boys here at Sucker Punch just brought the heat and excitement and had Sydney rocking with the energy coming from SPPS 42!

Before we get to that though, I want to take a moment to discuss some recent events over in the forums here for the Yearly Awards.  As some of you may already know Sucker Punch Pro Series was nominated for the ID Restricted Org of the Year and I’m extremely humbled and honored to say that we won that award!  You’ll notice that I said “WE” and that was very intentional!  There is no “I” in Sucker Punch Pro Series…well, actually, there is but it comes towards the very end of things and there’s a lot that comes before it when you spell out who we are here at SPPS!  That’s only fitting because that’s how I feel this org runs, with the contributions of all of our great managers who help to make this org what it is, their dedication to making it fun and interactive…and of course their dedication to delivering the nastiest cheap shots of all when they are least expected…being the bulk of what makes us who we are! But seriously, all of that comes before what I can do and helps me be the last piece to make it all work.  Thank you, I appreciate all of our fantastic managers!

Now getting back on track here, the card for SPPS 42 was dominated by finishes as we had only two of the fights go the distance and end up in the hands of the judges!  Beyond that, this was an all or nothing, no middle ground type of card as four of the fights were finished in the first round, with four going into the third before being finished.  Nothing in the second in terms of decisive finishes, so either these were over early or they turned into wars!  Plenty of excitement there!

Now, I’ve delayed long enough and this review is already a day past when I usually like to get them out! I spent yesterday catching up on (yes, prepare to laugh and mock) WWE activity so I could watch Elimination Chamber last night with my daughters, haha!  So let’s visit our sponsor and merchandise partner for a few words and then take a closer look at each of these fights!

Our fantastic and respected sponsor is Shadow Warrior Nutrition!   Many of you already know them as the providers of Shadow Warrior Tea 160Q., THE energy loss reduction supplements!  For those of you who aren’t in the know on that, you should be, because this is the way you keep your fighter training more often and not taking sessions off to try to keep his energy above 90%!  If you aren’t using this supplement, hurry over and check them out today, you will not be disappointed!

Now, let's get to it!  The full review is up here, ennoy!
