MMA Prospect is a 380+ restricted org for 18year and 21years old Prospect

I am offering a platform for experience and development for future MMA Tycoon Champions. because i strongle believe that every manager deserves that consistence safe roof for their young prospect, a place they will send their prospect to for a period of time with a feel of safety and assurance. After years of being a part of this great community and with the passion and commitment that i have to see that this community and all in it continue to strive despite the challenges that we face. Priopspect is my way of contributing to this community. As a manager the growth and development of every fighter are vital. That is why Prospect has come to stay, to help every manager willing to give their projects the full experience to develop with no worries. Our door is wide open for any manager and fellow orgs for a partnership of success. At prospect, we will stick to the rule that will keep you as a manager worry-free. Fight Plan 18years fighter will only fight same age or max 19 years The 20 years will only fight the 21years.. We are not going out of this , as there are great esterblished orgs that we are existed to work with in the furture. We are staying restricted to the age as above. Prospect believes that every prospect deserves at the age of 22 to go full-time camping to develop more with the acquired experience. So, we will encourage Managers to get their fighters back to camp to prepare for the next stage of their carer. If not, Prospect will help support a clean transition to a more suitable org we are in partner with.
