Kilo Overthrows the Overthrower

Fighter profile of Kilo Maluga by Chris Karter

KILO OVERTHROWS THE OVERTHROWER

The 2021 Fighter of the Year walked into his trilogy fight with Yago "The Overthrower" Steve as a slight underdog. That didn't stop him from going toe-to-toe with the juiced up Brazilian in the center of the cage, exchanging fisticuffs with the champion for an entire round. it was a close first round that left both fighters bloodied, Kilo more so than his opponent, but Maluga was the more efficient and accurate striker of the two. Yago looked a little tired

Round 2 opened up with Kilo flooring Yago and proceding to pound him for the next two minutes until the ref saved him from the mallets of doom. Yago was left bewildered, protesting incoherently, wobbling all over the place with exhaustion and humility. You could see it in his eyes, his morale gone, spirit crushed, confidence ruined. Kilo just laughing at his opponent during his lowest of lows.

"He never stood a chance." Kilo claims with a sick and twisted smile. "Leif Larson is next to sacrifice."

Officially Kilo wins by TKO strikes in round 2. Kilo Maluga is now 12-4 in 2022 and 7-4 in his last 11 fights. At 35 years old and with more than 55 fights under his belt many have been waiting for him to announce his retirement.

"Father time is undefeated, but the blood gods demand tribute. They shall receive Leif Larson as a child sacrifice soon and then KJ can get the business if he's still around."
