#1 P4P fighter Kilo Maluga made a bold claim after WVT 73

"Org for puny men."

Synchronicity Heavyweight champion of the world, Kilo "Bloodbath" Maluga (53-12 MMA, 40-8 SYN), was spotted cage-side wearing some pretty dope threads from Bondi MMA at WVT 73: Ihantala v Melendov 2 with his management team Chris KarterJetMeat, and a group of scantily clad Thai and Filipino women.

At some point before the main event began, World Vale Tudo owner Alfred Winterbottom was seen giddily approaching Kilo with a sheepish grin on his face. Perhaps it was the half-naked Asian women in Kilo's entourage that were giving the old man flashbacks to a better life in a past-time, or maybe Alfred was just excited to have the Heavyweight GOAT of MMA in the building for such a "big" PPV.

#4 P4P fighter Tali Ihantala def. Zheko Melendov by KO in R2

Ihantala flashes Melondov a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Melondov's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Melondov crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Ihantala punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tali Ihantala!

Alfred's prized pony, Tali Ihantala (27-9 MMA, 12-1 WVT), overcame adversity early in first minute of the fight by way of headkick and managed to knockout Zheko "Water" Melondov (41-13 MMA, 7-3 WVT) with a big right hand in the 2nd round.

Alfred, also known by the Scottish media as the power-bottom of the One Man Wolf Pack alliance, was overjoyed after he left Kilo and Karter's section post-event. The twittersphere quickly blew up with rumors that the interaction between Karter and Winterbottom, which some daring to call a budding bromance, meant that a fight between Kilo and Tali Ihantala was in the works.

Luckily for WVT's production team, Karter was nice enough to give his thoughts on the PPV event he attended and some insight into a potential showdown between the two heavy hitting titans.

#1 manager Chris Karter gives his thoughts on the main event

"It was a good fight, but uh, Kilo wasn't impressed. I was entertained, It was a nice KO, and Tali's looked good fighting juiced up tuna cans and 40 year old retirees, but lest we not get carried away. The Bulgarian he just smashed is a heavyweight fruit basket. This guy was walking around calling himself Amanda Nunes for the first half of his career. I have it on good authority that Zheko thought Tali Ihantala was the name of a fat Finnish woman and s/he only signed to WVT because s/he thought 265+ was the women's division."

169,264
169,264 is the underwhelming number of PPV sales for WVT 73

"We (Combate) do that on a Sunday in Rio at the Redeemerarena, and that only holds 21,000 people. If Tali Ihantala wants to fight Kilo Maluga, and I'm assuming he does because he's wearing Syn' fight gear, not WVT fight gear, then Tali's gotta go to Kilo's turf and challenge him for his Syn' Heavyweight championship. At the very least, he's gotta meet us in the middle at Combate for the vacant Super Heavyweight championship. Coincidently, we have a main event opening at Combate 171 on March 12th, and that gives Tali plenty of time to recover from the near ass-whooping he took tonight from an over-sized fruit cup."
