ICF - Hilo's Newest Org

 Island Cage Fights is the newest MMA organization started by manager Ryan Maceda in the islands of Hilo, Hawaii. While some organizations like to strive for the longevity of their fighters, ICF doesn't shy away from the bloodshed associated with their fights. In a controversial and unprecedented move, the organizers have decided to make a 10 minute x 5 round standard for all their fights across all weight classess. As stated by Maceda, this move was to encourage finishes and create a more exciting product for the fans. With 50 minutes of alloted cage time, I doubt we'll see many decisions here. ICF hopes to bring the exciting culture of MMA front and center to the citizens of Hilo; and with a successful debut already in the books, they look to build on that with ICF 2 and ICF 3 already in the works.
