BFT - 148 TKO vs Lurendrejer

Light Heavyweight - Jakub "Handvice" Kochanowski submits Tommy "The Machine" Gunn by armbar in 3:47 of Round 1.

The fight starts up, and Gunn closes the distance quickly. He nails him on the wall and opened a cut just under Jakub's eye. He retaliates with a dominating takedown. He was squrming around looking for submission, until he gets a huge armbar after giving up on a choke.

Heavyweight - "The Warmaster" Josh Barnett submitted "The Fury" Ryan Hunt by americana in 1:47 of Round 1.

The fight starts with a huge uppercut that cuts Barnett open. But Hunt's agression gets him... down to the mat when Barnett counters. From there he worked away at submissions until he gets ahold of an americana! The ref jumps in to stop it, maybe a bit early, but it looked like it was going to end that way anyway.

Heavyweight - Albert "Brooklyn Vampire" Fish Majority Decisioned Joseph Mageramsky.

Round 1 looked like Mageramsky was a unsupressible force. He opens with a nice jab that cuts Mageramsky and takes him down. He works away at some stuff until the ref gets them back up. Mageramsky takes them down again and chooses to stand up again. Fish ends with a takedown, but Mageramsky took the round. The second round was a lot more on the feet. The two exchanged back and forth quite a bit, but then Mageramsky opened that cut even more. The two were doing fairly well on the feet, but Mageramsky took things down to the ground. Fish floundered things over, and ended up on top. It's a tough call which way that one woulda gone. This final round had Fish looking like he ran the show. He got the better of the stand-up and got a solid takedown. Fish walked away with that round definately. I would have given it a draw, but Fish walked away with the decision.

Co-Main - Middleweight - Gary "Take That" Barlow submits Miau Subsi with a kneebar at 25 seconds into round 1.

There's really not much to say about this. Barlow got the takedown, went for the knee, and ended things. Quick and painless... for Barlow.

Main Event - Light Heavyweight Title - Shananigan Lurendrejer was crowned the new Light Heavyweight champ after dethroning Titus "Tko" Kahoohalphala with strikes at 4:57 in round 1.

TKO started by getting cut by an awesome jab. Kahoohalphala then took things down after not doing great against Shananigan on the feet, he took things to the ground. He was doing his job there, but then things got flipped on him! He took to the top and was throwing leather. He threw like there was no tomorrow and TKO'ed TKO. Nice job from the new champ.
