Imamu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Robinson manages to avoid it.
Imamu throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jermaine Robinson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Imamu lunges at Robinson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Robinson's hand.
Robinson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Imamu is fending him off so far but Robinson persists. Nope, Imamu circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd cheers as Imamu lands an impressive looking overhand right. Robinson doesn't seem phased though.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beckenbauer manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kim on his heels. He'll look to pass Kim's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Kim is having to fend off submission attempts from Beckenbauer, who is looking to sink in the choke. Beckenbauer doesn't have the hooks in though and Kim manages to reverse position! He's now on top, in his opponent's guard.

Kim got a little sloppy there for a moment and Beckenbauer has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kim has managed to get both his arms back between Beckenbauer's legs - danger averted.

Beckenbauer is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Kim makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Kim has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
