The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Edgar shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Edgar was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Edgar tries for a kimura but Cruz is defending well. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Edgar works to advance to full mount. Cruz defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Cruz holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Edgar tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Dan Ross decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. Badridge wants to clinch up but Timebmb keeps it at a distance. Timebmb looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Badridge is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Timebmb is aware though and is defending well. Timebmb scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Timebmb got a little sloppy there for a moment and Badridge has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Gunn takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. LeFleur's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! LeFleur wants to take the fight to the mat but Gunn manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lee Kawasaki! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clam Digger throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kawasaki throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Clam Digger's waist but Clam Digger gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kawasaki off to one side. Clam Digger throws a shot to the body.
Kawasaki misses with a takedown attempt and Clam Digger connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Kawasaki swats away the attempt to clinch by Clam Digger. Lee Kawasaki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Clam Digger scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Kawasaki fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Clam Digger avoids it really well and circles away. Terrance Clam Digger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lee Kawasaki. Clam Digger throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Lee Kawasaki has been cut. No luck for Kawasaki with that takedown attempt. Clam Digger moves into range and clinches up with Kawasaki. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Clam Digger lands a left hand that snaps the head of Kawasaki backwards. Clam Digger scores with a shot to the side of Kawasaki's head. Clam Digger lands with a short shot to the head.
Kawasaki is rocked! Clam Digger creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Kawasaki with a big uppercut! Kawasaki tries to clinch up but Clam Digger pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Kawasaki to the mat! Kawasaki covers up and Clam Digger unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
