1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Michael Scott! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Arek Kot! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloppy strikes from Scott. Those never looked like landing. Scott throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kot. Scott lands a right hook to the body.
Kot is looking to score with low kicks. Scott throws a series of punches but Kot moves out of range. Kot shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kot showed some decent athleticism there. Scott is trying to escape back to his feet but Kot uses the scramble to pass into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kot sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Scott is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Kot has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Kot throwing shots but missing, from side control. Kot lands a decent elbow from side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kot landing a few strikes. Kot landing a few strikes.
Scott is rocked! Scott knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kot on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kot cracks Scott with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Kot immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Scott is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Kot!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Norka closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Crazki's guard. Crazki is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Crazki is working an open guard so Norka takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Norka gets a double leg takedown into Crazki's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crazki looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Crazki looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Norka is defending well. Crazki quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Norka has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Crazki celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pies decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Pies not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Pies has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Pies looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Accord is doing well to control the position and prevent Pies from advancing to side control. Accord wants to control the action here but instead Pies manages to pass to full mount! Accord really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pies. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Accord is working to get back to half guard.
Pies scores with a couple of good head shots there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pies in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Pies lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Pies working for a submission but Accord is keeping him at bay. Pies lands a heavy elbow. Pies really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pies takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Pies's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Pies postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Accord looks a forlorn figure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pies controlling the position easily from mount. Pies has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Accord's face.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pies controlling the pace for now. Accord is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Pies locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Accord is forced to tap!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Romorolo fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Crazki to the ground. Romorolo is now in Crazki's guard. Crazki is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Romorolo defends well. Romorolo controls from within his opponent's guard. Crazki is working an open guard so Romorolo takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Crazki gets caught napping as Romorolo dives in and scores a takedown. Crazki manages to retain guard. Romorolo lands a couple of elbows. Romorolo controls from within his opponent's guard. Romorolo trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Romorolo controlling from the top position. Romorolo throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Romorolo decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Crazki pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Romorolo back to the cage. Crazki follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Romorolo clinches up with Crazki and pushes him back against the cage. Crazki tries for a takedown but Romorolo manages to get underhooks.
Romorolo gets control of Crazki's arms and successfully pulls guard. Romorolo will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Romorolo lands a couple of decent looking body shots there.
Crazki postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Romorolo is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Crazki, into his guard.
Romorolo is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Crazki has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Romorolo is looking to defend but Crazki has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Romorolo! Crazki pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Romorolo taps out and this one is all over!
