The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayer wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Big Guns seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mayer lands a really nice looking cross but Guns seems unphased.
Mayer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
It looked like Mayer was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Guns tries a head kick but it misses.
Mayer stalks Guns and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Guns's face. Guns staggers backwards, shaken.
Guns tests Mayer 's chin there with a solid looking shot.

It looks like Adlet Mayer has been cut.
Mayer lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Guns at a distance.
Guns loads up on a big right hand but Mayer slips the punch.

Guns throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mayer takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Adlet Mayer 's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Guns drops his hands momentarily and Mayer takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Guns takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Mayer drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Oh Mayer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mayer is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Mayer seems to have got his legs back now.
Guns lands a nice looking body shot.

Guns bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Mayer ! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Guns looking to control but Mayer is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Mayer stops Guns from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
Mayer is squirming around, avoiding Guns's attempts to control the action.

BOOM! Kent lands a beautiful left hook that drops Ector. Ector tries to recover but Kent is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Ector lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

A very excited looking Clark Kent rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
