With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reece Robertson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Keanu Landron! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Robertson walks into a left hand. Keanu Landron seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Robertson blocks a jab. Robertson tries to clinch but Landron is having none of it. Robertson closes the distance and clinches. Robertson is trying to break free. Landron wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Robertson has him pressed against the cage. Landron breaks from the clinch.
Landron throws a right hand that Robertson ducks under and follows up with a left that Robertson also avoids with ease. Landron misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Landron scores with a push kick. Robertson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Landron swivels and escapes. It seemed like Landron was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. A nice leg kick from Landron, right into the meat of the thigh.

Landron throws a series of punches but Robertson moves out of range. Robertson throws a quick counter head kick but Landron was just out of range. A slow jab from Landron misses its intended target. Landron fakes the leg kick and cracks Robertson in the body. Robertson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Landron swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Landron lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Robertson on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Landron. Landron obviously looking to wear him down.

"I don't think so" says Landron as he avoids it easily.

Landron keeps the fight on the outside. Landron lands a head kick. Robertson smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Landron bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Landron lands the left hand. No luck with that takedown attempt from Robertson. Landron thows a body kick. Robertson tries to catch it but that hurt him. Robertson is breathing heavily. Robertson closes the distance looking to clinch and Landron counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Robertson thinking.

Landron tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Robertson was well out of range. Poor timing from Landron. Nice defenses there by Robertson. A left lands for Landron. Wooooo! Keanu Landron dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! A punch lands to the side of Robertson 's head but he takes it in his stride. Landron misses with a straight right. Robertson went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Landron ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Landron takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Landron stuffs the takedown. Robertson shoots in but Landron avoids the takedown attempt easily. Robertson needs to keep his hands up - Landron had a free shot at his head there. Landron misses with a two punch combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Robertson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Landron - the referee stops the clock and Robertson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Landron. Robertson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Robertson takes one to the side of the head.

Robertson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Landron in the fight. Landron manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Robertson. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Landron lands with a nice body kick. Robertson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Landron as he avoids it easily. Landron misses with the combination.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Robertson dives in for a single leg takedown but Landron sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Landron breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice body kick there by Landron. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Landron comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Crunch! Landron slams his shin into Robertson's torso. Robertson ducks under a wild hook from Landron. Keanu Landron seems to be getting the better of the standup. Landron throws a shot to the body.

and Robertson counters with a one-two to the body. Landron stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. The fighters circling - Landron throws out the jab but it was never going to land. A slapping body kick lands there for Landron. Landron throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A cross from Landron lands. A chopping leg kick lands by Landron. Landron scores with a head kick. Robertson tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Robertson wants to clinch. Robertson takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Landron scores with a push kick. Landron connects with a crisp jab. Landron throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. The fight stays on the outside here - Robertson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Landron keeps Robertson at a distance using the push kick. Landron tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Robertson was well out of range. Poor timing from Landron. Robertson is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Reece Robertson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Keanu Landron is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Robertson looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Landron scores with the left hand. Robertson knows he should have avoided that one.

Slytherin shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Peleus eats them both and turns towards Slytherin to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Peleus is rocked! Slytherin looks for the body kick but Peleus saw that one coming. A little jabbing left from Peleus on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Peleus is still on wobbly legs! Can Slytherin finish him? Slytherin with a body punch. A glancing blow. Peleus gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Slytherin gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Peleus is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Simon Slytherin! After the fight, Simon Slytherin was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Suda Hikotake! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Isiah Brown! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice cross by Brown. Brown lands a jab to the nose. Brown avoids a lazy jab quite easily. A little jabbing left from Brown on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Hikotake misses the shot to the body. Hikotake gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Brown tries to keep at a distance but Hikotake has taken the fight into the clinch. Brown slowing the pace effectively. Brown breaks from the clinch.

and Brown counters with a straight right hand. Hikotake walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Brown lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Hikotake rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

That's one minute gone in the round. Brown connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Hikotake to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Brown!

Tsuruta feints the counter takedown. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Tsuruta has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Tsuruta avoids the head kick by Frank Jr.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duffy ducks under a wild hook from Somer. Somer lands a jab to the head.
It looks like Mike Duffy has been cut. Somer lands the left hand. Duffy takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Somer cracks Duffy with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Somer moves out of range of the strikes. Duffy throws a right and a left that both miss. Duffy jabbing away but nothing is landing. Somer was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Duffy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Somer. Somer cracks Duffy with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Somer scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Somer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Somer connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Duffy momentarily.
Duffy is rocked! Somer steps in with a hook that catches Duffy right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Somer follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Duffy looks absolutely devastated.

Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive. Hunt pushes Mferi up against the cage in a clinch. Hunt pressing his opponent against the cage. Hunt displaying some good clinch control by pressing Mferi up against the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hisashi misses with a hook. Hisashi has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Gold Samurai's Gym in the buildup to the fight. Hisashi swinging wildly here.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Lucy! But no joy. Akahoshi Hisashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hisashi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Lucy looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Hisashi misses with a lunging right hand

Hisashi lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hunter works his way back into a safe position though. Hunter won't allow Kangee to sweep him here. Hunter avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
