Kronke moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Benedict pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Kronke tries to bum rush Benedict with a series of wild strikes but Benedict uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Benedict on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Benedict cracks Kronke with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Kronke is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Kronke is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kronke walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

We've been informed that Benedict has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Eric Kronke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
