With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rogerio Yamamoto! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hicks throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Yamamoto is looking to clinch but Hicks is avoiding it.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hicks, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Benedetti fails to land with a series of punches.
Benedetti misses with a hook. Solomon ducked under it nicely. Benedetti throws a lazy right hand but Solomon sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Solomon throws a leg kick which misses Benedetti's front leg but catches the back leg as Benedetti tries to avoid it. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Solomon, as that shot connected.

Solomon bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Benedetti's guard. Solomon wants to control from the top but Benedetti keeps moving. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Orsic scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Orsic misses with a body shot.

Orsic postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Drozd must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
