Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Drizzt Do Urden (ranked 3427 p4p, 424 weight class) and Patrick Bateman (ranked 1914 p4p, 267 weight class). Bateman is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: King of New York, Fun luvin Criminals . This should be a great matchup!

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drizzt Do Urden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Patrick Bateman! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Do Urden scores with a hook to the body. Bateman takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Excellent takedown into side control there by Bateman. Bateman tries to score with some ground and pound. Do Urden controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Do Urden taking punishment in the form of punches.
Bateman misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Bateman cracks Do Urden with a big elbow. Bateman throwing shots but missing, from side control. Sloppy strikes there by Bateman. Do Urden is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Bateman cracks Do Urden with a big right hand but Do Urden just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Do Urden with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Bateman throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Do Urden works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Bateman slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bateman is in close to Do Urden's body, working some short punches and elbows. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Bateman working his ground and pound in the gym. Bateman is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Bateman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Bateman stopping the sweep attempt from Do Urden. Do Urden lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Do Urden would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Drizzt Do Urden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bateman with a poor takedown and Do Urden cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Do Urden sizes up Bateman with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Bateman feints the counter takedown. Do Urden scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Do Urden misses with a wild body shot. Bateman drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Do Urden defends it well. Bateman shoots in but Do Urden avoids the takedown attempt easily. Do Urden scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Do Urden slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bateman tries to move into range but Do Urden moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Bateman is rocked! Bateman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Do Urden's waist but Do Urden gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bateman off to one side. Drizzt Do Urden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Patrick Bateman. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Do Urden thuds a left hand into Bateman's body. Bateman is breathing heavily. A lazy left from Do Urden finds it's target. Bateman is still on wobbly legs! Can Do Urden finish him? Do Urden scores with a sloppy right hand. Bateman should have avoided that one. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Drizzt Do Urden dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Bateman scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Bateman seems to have recovered his senses. Bateman lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Bateman creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. A control attempt from Do Urden but he's now mounted! Do Urden tries to reverse the position but Bateman maintains control. Do Urden is working hard here to advance position. Do Urden is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Bateman landing punches. Do Urden regains half guard. Bateman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Do Urden keeps working. Bateman is nestled in close to Do Urden, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Bateman not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Do Urden is trying to get back to full guard.

Bateman scoring with some ground and pound. Bateman drops back looking for a leg! Do Urden is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Do Urden manages to kick Bateman off! Bateman jumps back into Do Urden's guard. Bateman throws a big elbow that misses. Do Urden trying to keep a closed guard but Bateman is proving a slippery customer.
Do Urden is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Bateman is doing well to control the position and prevent Do Urden from advancing to side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bateman is not content to let Do Urden control the position. Do Urden throwing shots but Bateman is blocking nicely. Do Urden not landing any meaningful shots this time. Do Urden stalling. Do Urden stalling away here and it's allowed Bateman to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Do Urden won't allow Bateman to sweep him here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Do Urden postures up in Bateman's guard and throws a big left but Bateman blocks it. Do Urden wants to control from the top but Bateman keeps moving. Bateman keeping full guard, as Do Urden tries to pass. Bateman is adopting a defensive guard. Do Urden trying to control the position from guard on top but Bateman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that's the end of the fight! Patrick Bateman comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Bateman has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
