Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jake Keane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Trey Limitless !
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Anthony Taglia and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Limitless avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Limitless changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Keane tries to avoid it but Limitless manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Keane to the ground. Keane escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Limitless throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Keane's waist but Keane gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Limitless off to one side.
A decent looking cross lands there for Keane.
Limitless looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Keane lands with a shot to the body.
Limitless fails to land the takedown.
Jake Keane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Trey Limitless .
Keane darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Keane enables Limitless to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Keane manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Limitless throwing strikes but missing.
Limitless drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Limitless jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Limitless pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Keane is keeping the position for now.
Limitless works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Limitless wants to pass to mount but Keane is defending the position.

Keane knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Limitless on the ground.

Limitless seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Keane on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Keane tries to get out of the position.
Keane scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Limitless manages to mount him!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Keane's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Limitless breaks from Keane's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Limitless cracks Keane with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
