And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Rikiya Goromaru!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elkins misses with a lunging right hand
and Goromaru counters with a straight right hand.
Goromaru loads up on a big right hand but Elkins slips the punch.
Dylan Elkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Elkins throws a hook to the side of Goromaru's head but Goromaru sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Elkins closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Goromaru is trying to maintain the position but Elkins is very close to passing his half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
