Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Affectionately Eve (ranked 24507 p4p, 7103 weight class) and Rico Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Eve shoots in and bounces Salvacion off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Salvacion is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Eve is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Eve has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Salvacion is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Salvacion gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Eve holds on and takes a little breather.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Eve has Salvacion pulled in close to control his posture.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Salvacion shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Eve pinned against the cage. Eve gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Eve shoots in and drives through. Salvacion sprawls well.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Eve dives in and grabs Salvacion's left leg, looking for a takedown. Salvacion pushes down on Eve's head and hops out.
Salvacion counters with a body kick.
Salvacion tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Eve swivels and escapes.
Eve shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Eve stands up from half guard.

Eve misses with a takedown attempt - Salvacion sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Salvacion changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Affectionately Eve. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Salvacion tries to score a power double leg takedown but Eve sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Salvacion somewhat.
Eve throws a quick counter kick to the body but Salvacion avoids it.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Affectionately Eve dominated that second round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Salvacion shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Eve napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Salvacion is looking to take a break and control but Eve is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Eve manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Salvacion keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Eve preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Salvacion is looking to stall here but Eve recovers full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Eve is looking to stand up but Salvacion isn't so interested in that idea.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Eve is defended easily by Salvacion.

Salvacion shoots in for a double leg but Eve sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
And Eve counters with a quick kick to the body but Salvacion blocks it.
